Do not even deserve a 1 star.

Robbers I ordered from them they said they sent the order and it went to a completely different address in different country. Contacted several times and not one Email Back. Absolute Scammers, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Only one of two items shipped. Contacted customer support 4+ times (largely via email, but also Instagram). No response via email, Instagram response was "we'll email you". Item hasn't been delivered after 2 months. Had to file dispute with my bank.

N’ayant rien reçu j’envoie un mail au service client le 11 août pour savoir quand est ce que je vais le recevoir..
On m’envoie simplement une confirmation de commande avec en date d’envoi… le 11 août (donc la date de ma demande par mail…)
Si je n’avait jamais envoyé de mail je ne sais même pas si il me l’aurait envoyé un jour… j’ai ensuite demandé s’il était possible (encore une fois) de connaître la date de réception et d’avoir un suivi du colis… plus aucune réponse !!!
Donc service client irrespectueux qui n’est même pas foutu de te répondre avec un message adressé et qui ne t’envoies rien si tu ne leur fait pas signe de vie …
Je ne commande plus jamais via des pubs instagram tu te fais avoir à tous les coups !!!

Scam. No product and no response to multiple emails of inquiry. Do not attempt to purchase from them, you’ll regret it.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. It took over a month to receive my shoes and I was unable to reach anyone via email or phone during that time. The worst part is that I paid $40 for shoes that could easily be sold at the dollar store. I will literally be throwing them away when I finish this review. I hope someone can flag this company before more people get taken.

Almost 2 months now, no further details or communication via emails. Laura and empty promises. She went silent while going to 'check with the courier services' and that's that. Is is starting to look very much like a SCAM!!!

Just lost my money worth USD 45 approx for the luxury bag which never turned up. It was a SCAM

This is the worst experience I have ever had buying online.I haven’t received any mail or tracking number for a bag I purchase despite contacting them on Instagram Facebook and emailing.
I just want my purchase please I work hard for my money

It took 3 months to deliver and then turns out I got a totally different item. No answers to emails or instagram anymore. They only responsed that this has never happened and that they would investigate this, but no. Nothing. Waste of money.

Customer service is pretty bad, they never gotten back to me via email. My item arrived which I had to pay for shipment fee. They never paid for delivery fee, even though they charge you for it. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I ordered from this website 2 weeks ago and it has not even been dispatched yet. I have sent Laura 2 emails and NO reply. DO NOT order from this website it’s a scam everyone beware!

My order didn’t came and it’s been 4 months and Laura that I emailed just say that the order will come but won’t sent me and information where the package are.

If I could give no stars, I would.

Been OVER A YEAR since I placed an order with Bohogang. Some of the items showed up, while others did not.

When I emailed Laura, she corresponded back and forth a couple of times but then went radio silent. I’ve been asking for updates, or hell, just even a reimbursement which is THE VERY LEAST they can do, but crickets.

This is without a doubt the most unprofessional service I’ve ever received. It is not worth your business.

I have paid and I have not received the products. I have no information

No stars if possible. Been two months and i haven't heard a single response from them. I have emailed, instagrammed, facebook. Still nothing and no package. It has been 2 months. Dont waste your money

UPDATE: I received my second T-Shirt of my order today, both are of really good quality, as advertised - just waiting for the rest.

I have placed an order of USD 280 and have so far only received ONE T-Shirt. Customer Service is not answering nor sending my order. I have requested refund and - again no reply. They sent me tracking for my sandaIs that went to someone completely different. Really hope they fulfill my order or refund me. Very bad experience :( I have been patient but they really need to do something about this!

Absolutely gorgeous bag! Extremely well packaged during shipping

My bag took months to arrive. It then got stuck in customs and I had to return it. BohoGang said the refund would not be possible as I wasn't providing an acceptable reason and showed me a Policy Document. So they are getting the back again and my money too.
