I am very please with the service received from this company. Dale organised a free quotation, guided me through the process and recommended a boiler that meet my house needs. Chris installed and relocated the new boiler, he is very professional, did a neat pipe work. Before he left he ensured that everything was working properly. Thanks Chris !

Dale was very patient and helpful in the process of determining the best boiler and set up for us. Chris, the boiler engineer was diligent in his work particularly overcoming any local issues that occurred during the installation. An excellent job.

These guys are the best in the business, and genuinely care about their customers. I had quite a complex job that needed doing and I'd received outrageous quotes from others, but Dale at Boiler & Install Company went out of his way to figure out a solution that was a third of the price of others. They could have sold me on more expensive options, but they knew what was best for me, and went with that. The tradesman, Chris, who incredibly had both carpentry and boiler expertise, worked incredibly efficiently and professionally, and did in one day what another company would take two heating professionals and a carpenter 5.5 days of work between them. Very satisfied with the quality of the result, and great to work with honest, hard-working and flexible people. Couldn't recommend them enough, and will absolutely be relying on them if I need them in future.

Being very ignorant about boilers etc Dale took his time and explained everything to me going through the different types of boilers the pro’s and cons. No
Pressure after I decided which one I wanted within 4 days the boiler was fitted. The engineer arrived at the time stated and began working. Other companies told be I would need scaffolding as I live on the second floor.. this was not true Dale explained this to me other companies tried to get more monies off me. I also had something wrong with my stopcock which would have hindered my installation but Dale offered to fix this for free. I would totally recommend this company to anyone. Fantastic service and value for money

Dale fitted my boiler and has been servicing it ever since. When it was fitted, they were extremely lovely and cooperative, working with my (not so nice) builder - but still got the job done. Reputable, knowledgeable and professional.

I cannot praise this company enough. Chris came to service my boiler today and he went over and above to ensure my boiler was working correctly. He picked up on the fact that as a result of a new kitchen the condenser pipe had not been reconnected saving me a disaster further down the line. It’s good to know there are people still taking pride in their work. He was also on time, polite and tidy when working. 10/10

From start to finish The Boiler and Install company were brilliant. From speaking with Dale initially to Chris, one of the engineer’s coming round to install my boiler, they were excellent.

I price checked them against other company’s and they came in significantly cheaper.

I was most impressed with how excellent the engineer left the work. I would 100% recommend using them.

Genuinely cannot remember the last time I left a review but I felt I had to on this occasion as what was a stressful situation turned into a positive experience. I think it was Dale who I spoke to, who was very honest and made me feel as though I wasn't going to overpay from the start, and sure enough, he got us both a good price and an excellent engineer who covered all bases. 2 days later and we had a brand new boiler which, if anything, has added value to the house.

3 days after the new boiler was installed and a certificate issued, a neighbour had to call the SGN gas emergency engineers. Their written report stated that there was a gas leak from the new boiler's pipework; the gas was shut off, the tenant evacuated. The boiler installer came back as soon as Boilerandinstall were notified, and corrected the fault, but a new independent gas safety test had to be commissioned for the tenant's peace of mind.

Great service on installation and aftercare. Dale and Joshua were very helpful and continue to be.

Extremely impressed with the service starting with the initial online survey and prompt quotation. Our new boiler and two replacement radiators were fitted by Chris very efficiently in a single day. We moved into a new house in June last year, and the hot water and heating is done via a 10 years old combi boiler.
When I say a new house, it's new to us, not the house which is a 100ish years old!
Few days ago, loss of pressure happened and the boiler shut down returning a E119 error message. I love to try to sort stuff myself, so quick google search and the pressure is back on no problems.
30 minutes later, I notice that the spotlights on the kitchen ceiling are leaking. Surely that can't be normal I'm thinking!
I head upstairs, remove the nice mandatory English carpeted floor, then rip some of a weird foam underlay, unveiling old looking floorboard.
I see some copper between two floorboard, right underneath them. Odd I thought. I remove couple of floorboard around where the leak is meant to come from, and what a surprise, a huge variety of jesus christ style rusty nails, plasterboard screws, some stapples etc. The typical mess you expect to find that type of houses, and one of the nail basically was putting pressure against the pipe, and with time, heat and motion, fractured the copper which lead to a micro leak, enough to likely make the pressure drop over a long period of time. When I put the pressure back on, it was likely too much for the pipe and it really raptured and made a bigger hole, leading to a real visible leak.
I thought I would fix it, went to screwfix, spend a bit in buying gas, piezo burner, patching system etc.
Well, to each their job, and I couldn't fix it myself, so thought of Dale which I know for IT/Tech related matters. Texted him asking for help and advise. Suffice to say that Chris showed up as soon as he could, and the whole issue was dealt with within 90 minutes, which included a service of the boiler (which we didn't get done since we moved in).
Long story (short?), I couldn't recommend them more for plumbing issues and water heating related matters. They are very professional, care a lot , and Chris took time to explain a lot of the why, what, how etc!
Also, their rate is very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service, and I will sign up to their subscription model for service and repair!
