Unbelievably terrible customer service
Unbelievably terrible customer service; stay away. I have been a customer since early 2019 but have repeated bad experiences with customer service, including a refusal to resend replacement heads that never arrived, nor wanting to refund me let me move away from this brand.

They do not care at all!!!
Don’t buy their COCO GINGER!
It tastes like a bad Thai curry!
Doesn’t leave mouth feeling clean at all despite using extra. It’s totally crap.
The mint flavour is fine.
Overpriced rubbish.
Stick with RISEWELL or GREAT ORAL HEALTH if you want a good nano hydroxyapatite toothpaste.
Avoid this gimmick
Customer service simply do not want to resolve anything.
They’ll lose customers and won’t be so cocky soon. Treating people like this is wrong!

terrible customer service- product could be better
waited 3 months for products - kept telling me ‘not in stock yet’ finally changed my order and received it but i wonder how long i would’ve waited if i didn’t take action. this ela mint toothpaste does something strange to my taste buds for days after! it feels like i burnt my tongue. 👎🏻

Dangerous company
Dangerous company. Their dental floss destroyed the structure of my gums. I have constant issues now. They delete and remove comments from their social media and other sites with reviews. Dishonest company. Don’t trust them with your teeth.

Never Received Product - Awful Customer Service
Purchased a $15 tube of toothpaste on March 6th and was advised it would not ship until the end of the month. Received my tracking number on March 28th but still had not received the item by April 10th, so I contacted customer support. The customer service rep did not even read my email and just copied and pasted a bunch of nonsense. When I wrote back again and explained the problem, they told me they would send me a replacement. Then a few days later another representative told me they can’t send a replacement until May. Ridiculous! If you’re going to charge $15 for a $3 product, at least have decent customer service and deliver it within a month. Do not do business with this company, extremely unprofessional!

Tooth stained black and they screened my review!
At first I had high hopes for this company, I will say I love their toothpaste, but not enough to support them at this point.
I left a review on their site and sent them an email regarding my situation regarding their electronic charcoal tooth brush that literally turned my front tooth black by staining it. As soon as I switched over to another regular white bristle toothbrush, within a few weeks to one month the black stain vanished.
They have blocked my review from appearing on their reviews and gave me a partial refund. Honestly at this point I just want all of my money back and never want to buy anything from them again.
THIS COMPANY SCREENS THEIR REVIEWS. Seriously, do not trust them. I work for a company dealing with their reviews and never have we done such a thing.
Shame on this company.
