Had a issue with my sunglasses

Had a issue with my sunglasses, purchased new, wore them once. Lens scratched. Do no know how, but contacted for warranty. They said none on abuse. First they were not abused. I just said i havd had cheap sunglasses that never scratched so easy. Raybans never scratched this easy. But they sorry nothing they can do. Asked to buy replacement lenses. Do not do that, but offered me discount code for a new pair. BUT cannot be used with sale items, cannot be used with other offers. Looked on their sight. 95% of glasses were on sale, code only good for 30 days. I sent them email about the code. Ghosted. I did not expect a free pair, but something. Their lenses are cheap, scratch way to easy. I have owned $10 all the way up to $500 glases never had anything scratch this easy. Avoid if possible.

The nose bit was broken

The pair of sunglasses came with a broken nose bit.
They want it return them rather than doing the right thing: send a new pair and give 30 days to return the old before charging for the second pair.
Easy.
Customer service is just not good nor the quality of the glasses.
Never again.

Bollé prescription safety glasses

I would give a zero-star review if I could. I have been using the prescription safety glasses for 2 weeks and cleaning them with alcohol lens wipes. They are now so scratched it is like looking thru a haze. The lenses are plastic and do not holdup in an industrial environment. The frames are nice and cheap (no issues). But the $245 plastic lenses are garbage and not covered by warranty.

Pire service que je n'ai jamais vu

Pire service que je n'ai jamais vu . Je recois les lunettes, déjà elles sont cheap, énormes et laides. Je veux les retourner. Ils ne fournissent pas le bordereau de retout.. d'accord. Ça me coûte 20$ pour leur renvoyer. Ça fait 3 semaines qu'ils les ont reçu , aucun remboursement. Je leurs écrits, aucun retour, aucun remboursement à ce jour.

Purchased a new set of sunglasses in…

Purchased a new set of sunglasses in December for this summer. I started using them this spring and within 3 days the coating started to peel on the inside of the lenses. This left a big mess and lines and bubbles all over the inside. I contacted bolle and all they would do is replace the pair for $30 plus shipping. I paid $90 for the glasses and don't think it's reasonable that they send me a defective product and want a bunch of money for a replacement. I am not giving them more money when it's clear I can't trust there products. These were purchased from bolle's website so I don't believe they were counterfeit.

Poor quality compared to other high…

Poor quality compared to other high pricing sun glasses. Returning the sun glasses are charged with 10€.
This information is not transparent communicated at all.
You are advertising with 30 days of return when buying an article. What you don’t say is that you get charged heavily when you have the need of return. In my case the article was reduced after I bought it. You are refusing to give me the same discount. I will return the glasses pay 10€!!! for the return and will never! buy again any Bolle product as Bolle obviously hates its clients.

Service client efficace

Après un premier échange via leur site pour demander à acheter un insert supplémentaire que je trouvais pas, une personne du service client m'a contacté et s'est vraiment "mise en quatre" pour m'en trouver un, gracieusement en plus ! Je n'en demandais pas tant et l'en remercie. Je pense que leur site a néanmoins besoin de référencer d'avantage de produits afin de les proposer directement à la vente, ce qui leur évitera de réponse de voir avec leurs revendeurs, réponse toujours désagréable pour le client qui a acheté en direct.

Esperienza estremamente negativa.

Esperienza estremamente negativa.
Ho effettuato un ordine il 9 gennaio 2026 che risulta ancora “in lavorazione” a distanza di settimane, senza alcun aggiornamento concreto.
Dopo diversi solleciti tramite il portale, completamente ignorati, ho inviato anche una PEC circa 20giorni fa chiedendo un riscontro formale. Ad oggi non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta.
Ritengo inaccettabile che un’azienda non fornisca alcun tipo di comunicazione al cliente, nemmeno a fronte di una richiesta ufficiale via PEC. La mancanza totale di assistenza e di riscontro dimostra una gestione del servizio clienti gravemente carente.
Non è tanto l’importo dell’ordine il problema, quanto l’assenza di trasparenza, professionalità e rispetto nei confronti del cliente.
Esperienza che, allo stato attuale, non mi sento assolutamente di consigliare.

Lunette balistique commandées avec un insert pour verre correcteurs. A la réception le clip de l'insert n'était pas sans l'emballage alors qu'il figurait dans les pièces livrées. Après contact avec le SAV, ils vous disent que ce n'est pas le clip RX Nose connection mais un clip de rechange (quel intérêt ?). Obligé donc de recommander et payer la pièce manquante.

Spy, used to be great. Crooks ruined a good brand.

Spy Optic, owned by Bollé. I used to buy exclusively from Spy optics, they were comfortable and well made products. They also stood behind a lifetime warranty that said ‘damaged, broken, defective, we’ve got you.’ Bollé owns them now. They still have a lifetime warranty. But it covers absolutely nothing. And the customer service reps are rude and in short, I’m good. 15 years as a loyal consumer, for sunglasses, snow board accessories. Thanks, I’m good, I’ll find a new brand instead of being insulted by your customer service team for my ($200) glasses falling and breaking and you refusing to cover them with your so called ‘lifetime warranty.’

casco sci con visiera difettoso e risposta aziendale da censurare

Inizio con il dire che ho acquistato un casco da sci con visiera fotocromatica (prezzo euro 260) dal sito Bolle' e che la spedizione è arrivata in tempi piuttosto brevi; ora denuncio quello che mi è successo e che ho gia' scritto sul sito dell'azienda ma non mi è stata pubblicata la recensione perche' probabilmente troppo dannosa per questi sognori ; Sono in montagna per una vacanza sugli sci e sto sciando con mia figlia e indosso per la prima volta il mio casco nuovo e, mentre mi accingo a fare forse la seconda discesa a ritmo abbastanza sostenuto (pista rossa), la parte destra della visiera del casco si stacca completamente dal casco sbattendo piu volte e facendomi cadere a terra per lo spavento ! non mi sono rotto una spalla solo per miracolo ! questo perche' la vite che doveva tenere salda la visiera al casco si e' allentata ed e' venuta via andando chissa' dove ! ovviamente ho subito fatto una mail all'azienda che, complice le vacanze di natale, mi risponde dopo due giorni dicendomi che era buona norma prima di mettere il casco (nuovo) verificare che le viti (coperte da dei copri viti) fossero ben avvitate ! ma non c'erano problemi e mi avrebbero inviato le viti sostitutive ! Capite bene che il mio nervosismo dopo una risposta del genere è salito in modo vertiginoso e c'e' stato un cospicuo scambio di mail che sarebbe troppo lungo da recensire ma alla fine mi hanno spedito un casco nuovo che deve ancora arrivare ma ho il numero di tracciamento ! quello che è ancora incredibile è che nonostante abbia inviato le foto del casco da cui si vede anche che i fori delle viti erano larghi, loro pretendano la restituzione del casco difettoso ! ho fatto notare svariate volte che pretendo un risarcimento sia morale che dei soldi spesi per il noleggio di casco e maschera da sci che ho speso dal secondo giorno fino al settimo della mia vacanza ma l'azienda non risponde a queste mie richieste ! Ora sono costretto a pubblicare la recensione sia su questo sito che sui social network perche' voglio che i futuri clienti facciano attenzione a come questa rinomata azienda tratta chi contribuisce al suo funzionamento ! Il difetto ci puo' stare , ci mancherebbe altro , ma la maleducazione del personale, l'incompetenza, e lo scaricare la responsabilità sul cliente che non si cura di visionare accuratamente il casco prima di indossarlo sa davvero di ridicolo ! FATE ATTENZIONE !

Produit catastrophique

Produit catastrophique , absence de prise en compte par le SAV et service client ne recontacte pas !! NUL sur toute la ligne !!
Achat d'un masque de ski en station. A la première utilisation par temps neigeux , le revêtement polarisant se pique puis disparait quasi complètement.
Je contacte la marque sur Bollé.fr. Malheureusement, leur SAV s'occupe uniquement pour les produits acheté en ligne sur leur site !!!
Je dépose donc à leur demande le produit chez un revendeur agréé.
Aucune nouvelle pendant 6 mois !!
Finalement le masque m'est restitué dans le même état sans explication.
Je recontacte la marque sur le site Bollé.fr pour comprendre.
Aucune solution n'est proposée, si ce n'est retourner chez le revendeur qui a gardé mon produit 6 mois sans obtenir de réponse !!!
Finalement on me donne l'adresse de Sport Pulsion. qui serait en charge du SAV pour la marque.
Malheureusement, on ne peut rien faire parce que vous n'avez pas le ticket de caisse !!!! (au bout de 6mois ils ont trouvé cette porte de sortie .... )

Bref, le produit m'a servi au total pendant à peine une heure et ils me font galérer pendant des mois pour éviter de faire jouer la garantie !!
C'est tout à fait minable ....

Does anybody even work here?

Went through the hassle as registering as a professional, provided them documentation to the fact, approved. Spent nearly an hour picking out gear for my team to a sum of nearly £700, go to checkout.

"We don't deliver to Northern Ireland".

It's EYE PROTECTION. It hardly needs to go on a pallet!!

They didn't bother responding to my two emails either, the automated reply gave me an incident number and they never responded to my follow up email. I wouldn't mind the fact that they don't deliver here too much, if they had 1) advertised this and 2) actually responded to me instead of just immediately closing my customer service case with no communication.

Colossal waste of time and have taken our large business, and future business, elsewhere.

Apparemment super lunettes mais 6 semaines avant de recevoir ma paire chez mon opticien puis oublie de la part du fournisseur de fournir le clip optique maintenant 3 semaines que l'on Attends celui-ci. Bref j'aurais dû acheter des Oakley ou des julbo...

Très satisfait des lunettes de soleil

Très satisfait de leurs lunettes de soleil. La qualité optique des VOLT+ est excellente, et les verres sont beaucoup plus résistants que ceux d'un célèbre fabricant américain chez qui j'achetais auparavant...

Item broke within a few months of purchase because it was defective. No one at Bolle will help. If you do get a live person, they just transfer you to a voicemail box that is never answered.

Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service. Paid extra for 1-2 working day delivery and after a week i had to pick them and and they weren’t delivered to me. This was also too late for me to take on holiday.

Essential replacement parts out of stock for 8 months

I have a bolle vatmos helmet and I lost the screw that holds the visor on. Poor design really as its nearly come off 4 or 5 times before, but ive always spotted it. Anyway, I tried to buy a replacement part but they were out of stock untill next season. I'm not waiting 8 months for a screw. What am I ment to do with my visor now? So stupid. Also only 1 other places sells them and they don't even ship to the UK.
