Terrible quality and very difficult to get return address that is valid.

It took a month to receive the merchandise and they sent the wrong sizes. I stopped payment through my credit card company but some how they provided documentation so I was charged again. When I emailed them they said I would have to pay for shipping to return my I correct sizes. I have sent them back and will see if I get a refund. If not I will call my credit card company again. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. It should be removed from facebook.

the shoes i received looked so cheap to be worth $100.......Plus I asked to have returned and they were going to charge me to send them back. Never buy from them again and i suggest that for anyone else as well

I wouldn’t buy anything from this site. ALERT, returns are returned to China (they don’t tell you this) and the customer is responsible for shipping. The size guides are confusing, therefore you are ultimately stuck with the merchandise.

Why oh why did I not look on here first?!
I ordered some shoes- they are nowhere near the quality they pretend- but they are cute and I would have worn them if they were at least sized correctly- which they are not- I got a 42, just in case even tho I’m a 41- well the 42 didn’t fit- too short. So clearly not we’ll-sized. I went to return them and followed the instructions exactly- they refused the return! I reached out and they agreed to refund me, except they didn’t - and I heard nothing from them for a full month even though I emailed for an update on the refund they agreed was due. This is where my complaint becomes about PayPal, as well- I raised the issue with them and they actually denied my claim- because apparently since Bomre did send me something, all is fine- what?!?!?? I am so beyond annoyed- I’m out two shipping charges (the one they charged me to send the cheap, incorrectly sized shoes, plus what I paid to send them back for them to deny the package!!!) plus the cost of the cheap, incorrectly sized shoes.
This company is clearly fraudulent- and worse yet, PayPal is backing them up in their fraudulent ways. Definitely steer super extra clear from them.

I ordered clothing on 7/1/2025. I have not received it. I have contacted them numerous times via email and all I get is some bot telling me to check the shipping page. It's at some international airport!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered a pair of shoes May 30. June 6, I was sent a message order was on the way. The tracking order said it was coming from China. June 26 it was supposedly
delivered. But not to me. I looked at tracking # and found it was delivered to another state with same name city. I called the delivery company Go Go Express. They said they would investigate. I called again a week later, they told me they reported it lost.
My 3rd email to Bomre, their return email told me to prove I did not receive the shoes.

Tried to get return info but no response. They are set up so you have to keep the item and no refund. Cheap horrible shoes. They say orthopedic which is a lie as the shoe had styrofoam in it!

Typical hype from China! I ordered a black pair & one in white. These are so cheaply made and smell like manure.
So disgusting and a complete waste of money. Do not fall for their Advertisement!!!!

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. I ordered a size 11. The shoe came and first off it was a much smaller size without a size label
Plus so cheaply made. Nothing like the pix on Facebook. I regret not reading the reviews before I ordered. Stay away

My wife ordered a pair of sneakers. We were charged for them and then charged again for the exact same sneaker and at a higher price. I did receive both pairs but don’t want them. My credit card company refunded me and then charged me back because this scam of a company showed them they were delivered, which they were but I didn’t order two pairs. Now they will take them back if I pay for shipping.
Bottom line BUYER BEWARE. READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS.

I’m sorry I fell for the Facebook ad. These are very cheap and poor fitting shoes. They are advertised as “orthopedic” and yet they don’t even have arch pads. Just terrible knock offs. They’re sitting outside so the chemical odor can dissipate before I donate them.

Worst experience ever! Im an online shopper and this was the worst experience! I ordered an 11.5 and was sent a 42- equivalent to a US size 9! You have to pay to ship item back. Dont waste your money or time! Customer service phone number doesnt work!

The sneakers I received were no where near the quality pictured in their online add.

Stay away from this scam company at all costs. I purchased shoes for $48 and they were made of plastic. Absolute junk. I have another item within the same order and am trying to cancel it. After 9 days it’s still in China.

I ordered two pairs of shoes, and they were stolen from my doorstep. Although that isn’t the company’s fault, it seems they use a shady delivery service who just tosses the items and leaves (as seen on video footage), without knocking. But after reading all of the negative reviews, I’m glad I don’t have to go through what others have, and my credit card company will reimburse me.

To everyone who has had to deal with these scammers, I’m so sorry. Perhaps it will be of some comfort to know that they won’t stay in business for very long. I suggest reporting them to the BBB.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. This company is a complete SCAM! Shoes were a horrible quality. They attempted to give me a percentage back of my initial purchase and then, after sending the shoes back, they were returned (refused delivery). I was told to expect a full refund (not including my out of pocket expenses for sending the shoes back), but never heard back from anyone again. Shame on you Bomre.

I received my order about 10 days after I placed the order. However, the shoes I received were a far cry from the images online. Customer service was very attentive in the beginning, offering every solution other than what I requested, which was a full refund. After many chats, I was finally given an RA#. I sent the shoes back immediately, costing me $17 from Ga. to NY. Only to have the package REFUSED. I'm still trying to get a refund from my CC company.

Stay away from this company! I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers, which came several sizes too small. When I wanted to return them, the company kept offering me a discount to keep them. I did not want to keep them. I want my full refund eventually after several emails back-and-forth they agreed that I could mail them back for a full refund, which I did.Unfortunately they rejected the returned sneakers which I had paid $33 to mail back to New York from California. After explaining that and showing them proof that I had mailed them and that they had rejected the delivery, they finally refunded my credit card for the cost of the sneakers only.

Took 3 weeks but I received the sandals I ordered and they were what I expected. I had contacted customer service thru email about the delivery and they responded promptly with the tracking info. I guess I got lucky because I see they have a ton Of bad reviews
