I can thoroughly recommend Faris and the team at Bond Adams. I bought at auction and Faris made me feel confident that the deadlines would be met, which they were.
I bought on 18th December 2020, so a challenging time leading up to Christmas in ‘lockdown’. During our first conversation, Faris and I discussed asking the vendor for a 30 day completion rather than the usual 20 day to alleviate some pressure with Christmas and holiday closures. Hopefully this was considered by all parties to be worthwhile.
Faris and his colleagues were always at the end of the phone/ email to assist with any queries. The transaction from my point of view (the customer) was smooth and without mishap.

We were delighted with the service from Bond Adams and in particular the wonderful Shameela. We had a terrible time trying to get our bank (HSBC) to remove their interest from the land we had sold at auction so that we could complete. Shameela was dogged to say the least, and gave my parents very regular updates and constant reassurance, all the while communicating with the buyer’s solicitors to make sure they did not pull out, and chasing down HSBC. We would not hesitate to recommend Shameela and her colleagues for conveyancing matters.
