Bought for me back in June as I’d asked for it as a birthday present. 6 months on and I’m delighted with the results. I have used primarily on my legs and the results have been superb. I have also used on my upper lip and arms but the results haven’t been as good but the hair on my legs was much darker so I am not surprised. Really easy to use and painless. Highly recommend

I really wanted to love this product and always saw so many positive reviews. I have been trying it on one leg, my stomach and facial area. Unfortunately my legs look no different to eachother still after 5 weeks the only area slightly improved is my upper lip area. Im happy to continue to try! The 6 to 8 level is also hotter than I had expected so be aware of this when using it

Sadly didn’t work for me!

The wire didn’t seem to work in my bathroom outlet but did work in the mains so that was fine. What I would say is that the product didn’t feel cheap and the customer service seemed very good! I had a quick reply on Instagram which was great.

Unfortunately I’ve been having to shave my face (as per instructions) which has meant that my hair has grown back thicker and darker than before. And in combination with the product not reducing hair growth, I’m actually in a worse position than before !

Gutted :/

I bought this product did not work nothing good about it, stopped the payments and have asked 5 times for a return address, nobody comes back to me, i get emails telling me payment not successful all i want is a return address, would not recommend

I bought a Bondi laser for my daughter and she absolutely loves it. She’s recommending it to all her friends.

My daughter has been using for just 4 weeks and is already noticing a difference, she suffers from PCOS and the facial hair that affects many sufferers. The instructions say the benefits will be seen in 12 weeks when just maintenance is required, I think this is a true statement based on results so far. Worth the money, so pleased for her as years of electrolysis hadn’t reduced it long term at all just cost more money.

Delivery was fast and couldn't fault the service.

Bondilaser arrived very quickly and well-packaged. No extra to pay. Confusing that Deliverer msgs from hermes said that product being delivered was from Whistl - I didn't know what product they meant as as never heard of Whistl or thought it might be a spam. Anyway it got to my letterbox quickly and safely, no signing of anything. I haven't had time to use it yet so can't comment on that as yet.

I waited to review Bondi Laser until I’d completed 4 treatments. If you’re thinking about buying this (and you fit the skin tone and hair colour requirements) don’t hesitate! It’s fantastic! Incredibly easy to use and frankly amazing results. I am a great candidate for IPL as I have fair skin and dark hair. I decided to tackle a couple of problem areas as a test and I couldn’t be happier. This is genuinely life changing stuff! It doesn’t hurt, Trish’s videos on YouTube and Insta are great, and it’s a surprisingly quick process. Delivery was super quick too. I’m extremely happy I bought Bondi Laser and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Just buy it!

Due to a diagnosis of PCOS and endometriosis, I have found with my symptoms it is getting more and more difficult managing my rate of hair growth but also the uncomfortable positions you have to get into to ensure you do not miss a spot.
I began my search at the start of this year looking at pricing around going and getting treatments at my local laser salon, but as you can imagine the pricing for this is highly expensive. As someone who couldn’t afford that option, I then decided to look into at home devices. With my skin tone and hair type being suitable to use at home devices I wanted to get something easy to use.
On research I found lots of other popular brands but with less technology and research behind the product, which is where I found Bondi Laser and decided to bite the bullet. After reading the reviews with such positive results for people with a similar conditions to me.
My order arrived to me with 2/3 days after shopping and was packaged safely and well. I was very excited that I decided to start straight away.
I would recommend that prep is definitely key to getting the most out of your treatments (obviously do what works for you). What works for me is I will scrub everywhere in a warm bath, freshly shave everywhere I am treating and then dry brush to finish which has helped me with any ingrown hairs and skin texture. I have set myself a schedule to do my treatments 2 times per week. I have decided to do chin/upper lip, abdomen, bikini and full leg. If I do a full body session I have found that this tends to take me roughly 1.5 hours to complete. I would say that this is a timely treatment to do if you want to be thorough and meticulous about your sections. I think if you are willing to do the treatment properly and take the time then this will work for you. I wanted to wait to have used my product a few times before I left any kind of review and I have now done 4 sessions and have noticed already that my growth is starting to slow down. With persistency I hope to see bigger and better results.
I find using it in the automatic setting is best for perfect results as you can be more precise with where you are putting the device and not having to manoeuvre as well as clicking your button. The levels I have managed to get up to are below and I hope after my body gets used to this I may be able to cope with higher levels.
Full legs - level 8
Knees - level 6 (more sensitive)
Abdomen - level 6
Bikini - level 4 to level 6 (dependant on what area)
Face - level 4

I would say definitely do your research as at the end of the day all results are going to be individual to the persons genetics and how good you are at keeping to a schedule.
The only dislike I have is that sometimes after a long use the device can get a bit warm to touch, so I would recommend doing some sections and taking a break for it to cool down and then trying again.

This feels like a quality product already. Only used it once so far so too soon to comment on outcomes. I have already had IPL salon laser which is really expensive so opted for this instead. If its performance is the same as the quality of the product then its a recommended buy from me.

Incredible value for money, I would recommend it to anyone. My legs are pretty much clear after only a few weeks of using it - perhaps 6 weeks. A lot sooner than the 12 weeks stated. I’m extremely pleased with the results. My bikini line has not started to clear up yet but I haven’t used it quite as often (you are able to use it twice a week on the legs). For the price point it is well worth it.

This product is amazing! I dithered over buying as it was an expensive purchase for me however I decided to treat myself and am so glad I did. I have pale skin and dark hair. I usually have regrowth after shaving within 12-24 hours. I've been using this for 6 weeks now and I now have no regrowth for about 4 days and what regrowth there is vastly reduced. Also I have noticed my skin is so much smoother probably as I have less active hair follicles. Really delighted with the results so far.

Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Slight issue sorted extremely quickly, no fuss just excellent fast and extremely good.
A few weeks in using the laser and results are brilliant.

My hair is dark and I have light skin so my colouring is 'ideal' for IPL devices, but I was still unsure how effective it would be. The reviews and the price point convinced me to give it a go and I'm glad I did.

I have been using this for almost 6 weeks now. I have been pleasantly surprised that I have already noticed a big difference on my legs and underarms - where I once needed to shave daily I can now go several days. I still have 6 weeks to go for recommended initial schedule and hope the results continue to improve.

Delivery took a while but this was communicated at the time of purchase and is not surprising given the pandemic and rise in at-home treatments.

The device is small, convenient and easy to use. It takes no time at all on small areas like underarms, although legs take me more like 20 minutes.
