If there was a negative stars that would be it! Item not close to what is advertised came from China!!! See through cheap lowest quality! Asked for a refund and offered me 10% partial and im still fighting for it. Item is NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO ADVERTISED!!! Wrong colour, I could have gotten a better quality from Shein! Still fighting for my money back $80!!! Total scam, just buy something from Shein so much better quality for the price.

Sizing was easy to determine and was looking for some jeans that were different and found exactly what I was after.

Marketed as Australian based in Sydney, satisfaction guaranteed etc. Placed an order according to size chart but the item that arrived was 10cm smaller at the waist! Wrote to support, and they offered 20% refund! It is TINY and would not fit anyone I know! The other alternative was to ship "back to CHINA"! I have screenshots and photo evidences. DON'T trust this site! You're better off buying from temu (they provide easy return and refund)

The items I purchased were bad quality. The picture provided online seem to be fake. They have poor customer service. I wanted to return the items and customer service dragged out the process and made it difficult. While the items are sent from Sydney Australia, I have to ship my return to China? Doesn't make sense. Don't waste your time and money here.

Do not buy from this company they are totally fake. I received my two piece Almera relaxed off shoulder and it’s not anything like the elegant photo shown. It’s see through and very thin cheap material. Now I am trying to get a refund and they offered for me to keep it and they’ll give me credit after multiple emails asking for address to return after them offering 10% refund and I keep the item then 20% and keep the item I have finally received the address to return and it’s in this place Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong where ever there heck that is not Sydney Australia at all. but the cost is all mine to return

My order came only one piece very disappointing honestly, I quality is nothing like the price I feel like it was very cheap material with expensive price

The designs are unique, it caught my eye and I felt that this is something that i have not seen yet.

I brought a dress and track suit set and the set came the wrong size that I ordered & the dress didn't fit even through I check measurements etc. And now I can't get my money back. Trying to give me credit instead but based on this why would I want credit plus clearly those things don't fit so I don't think I'll find anything else to fit. I'm very disappointed. In the end I got 20% back & keep the clothes that don't fit. I refused to send back because I had to pay shipping to China. The more I tried to get my money back the more the offered got lower and lower.

The website was great, the clothing looked amazing, wanted to buy everything. I’m really looking forward to receiving my dresses.

I bought a couple of dresses on 28th May. Thought it was legit website looked secure, had a Sydney address and even when I had a quick look at trust pilot the review score was pretty good (i do admit i didnt read the reviews or take note of the dates the reviews were made - at the time all with in a couple of days).

The second I paid, it felt like a scam. I reciecevd emails to review the clothes straight away to win money back even without the product - I didnt participate in.

The biggest redflag was the Shipping tracker on the Shop app shows the parcel was coming from China. Shop app, updates have been odd, noting the parcel was on international flight from china but latest update shows it has arrived in china.

Now seeing some of the more recent reviews since my purchase, Im not expecting much, if it ever arrives.

The products and images are beautiful; the website was easy to navigate, and sizing quizzes help you choose a size to fit your shape. The clothes look amazing. The ordering process was simple and quick.
I am super excited to receive my dress.

I purchased from Bondi Rose believing I was buying from an Australian-based business due to the Australian-themed branding. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.

Firstly, the quality of the product did not match the photos advertised on the website. The item I received looked significantly different from the images used to market the product and did not meet my expectations based on the description and photographs provided. I found the advertising to be misleading.

When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, I requested a prepaid return label as the product was not as represented. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was repeatedly offered partial refunds and discounts to keep the item. After numerous emails, I was eventually provided with a return address, only to discover that returns must be sent to Shenzhen, China, at the customer’s expense.

Had I known that returns would need to be shipped internationally, I would have reconsidered purchasing from this company. I also believe customers should be aware that the Australian branding may give the impression that the business operates locally, when my return was directed to an overseas address.

As a consumer, I expect products to resemble the advertised photos and for businesses to provide a fair resolution when they do not. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I would encourage potential customers to carefully review the return policy, ask where returns are processed, and consider the potential costs involved before making a purchase. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

Poor quality, mass produced clothing. No brand labelling or even sizing tags on dresses. Fabric quality is very poor as is the sewing. Hemlines and fabric ook completely different to pictures. Clearly a knock off product using a mail redirection in Sydney to mask as an Aussie brand.

Arrived in plastic bags mark with Asia writing. Not an Australian or USA company. Redirection label underneath delivery label shows item form Asia factory.
