I ordered the HG shampoo and conditioner aswell as the hair oil and growth spray. My hair is awful! Strait after I’ve washed it, it feels like there is a layer of wax over my hair at the back. I persevered as it was so expensive but now my hair is falling out in clumps. I’m so angry. It’s horrible..don’t waste your money

From the very start, my scalp has never been so itchy after using the dandruff shampoo and conditioner. It has lessened the dandruff but is it worth the price and uncomfortable feeling. Nope!

I bought bondiboost hair growth tonic reading all positive reviews, but for me either it made no difference or it made my hairfall worse.
I have androgenic alopecia and this is useless. It does not help infact i increased my hairfall.

Dreadful.
Tried these products both HG and curl boss
I have suffered dreadful hair loss and now reading these other reviews, I am concerned it is the products that have caused it.
They are very expensive and my hair is so dry, broken and balding.
I am very upset and trying to grow my hair back. I just wish I had not tried to persevere with the products, thinking that things would improve.
I do not believe all these 5 star positive reviews.

I ordered what should have been 13 items valued at over $500. Noticed one item from a set was missing a couple of days later and emailed them. Response was not favourable. Looking at these reviews, customer service is extremely disappointing. Try to support the Aussie brands and get ripped off. Left a negative review on their website and they've screened it - no wonder they look so well loved when they're controlling the feedback

A complete scam, I published the review below and completely they ignored it. Their site is very misleading as they only publish positive reviews. The reason I gave it a go was because of the positive feedback but it's not an accurate reflection of the products at all.

I've been using BondiBoost products for over a year now, starting in May 2021. I have to say I'm really disappointed with the results. I initially bought the bundle, then I continued to buy the shampoo, conditioner and mask, thinking that I needed to be patient. I've waited a long time now and haven't seen any change in the length, or thickness of my hair. Not what you expect when paying £22.50 on one bottle of shampoo. You are given the option of refund, but this is only up to 30 after purchase, I wouldn't expect to see a change in hair growth within that time frame to be honest. Now I've spent a large sum on products and feel it's been a massive waste of expense.

Like many of the reviews on here for BondiBoost.com.au my experience dealing with customer support in the UK was poor and incredibly disappointing.

I have tried many of the BondiBoost product ranges including HG, Thickening and Rapid Repair to help with my thinning hair. They only made it worse and instead I lost more hair in the shower and when simply combing my hair. Their shampoo and conditioners left my hair dry and incredibly tangled, resulting in further hair loss and breakage. I tried their new hair tangle therapy spray, which just doesn’t help. The blowout brush that I invested in took 8 weeks to arrive and just burns my hair and fingers, I had to stop using it after a few attempts. Overall I think this company’s products are poor quality, overpriced and their product marketing is misleading. They only publish positive reviews and remove customers who share honest feedback from their support group.

Terrible shampoo and conditioner and hair mask used mask once and shampoo and conditioner three times even had to get my daughter to help wash as I was convinced I had lost my ability to wash my hair left it dry and greasy and back of head absolutely awful I’m so disappointed and at £70 pounds what a real kick in teeth now to read I’ve got to pay to send back and it costs loads to do so very disappointed

Curling wand fried my hair. I even used heat protection spray and put them on a low heat. The curl doesn't last. Very expensive... Had to bin them. Have contacted customer support twice and received no response. First time using this brand and will not be returning.

Soo bad, please do not buy!

I have been using the THICKENING THERAPY SHAMPOO and the treatment.
Way overpriced for one and a few weeks of using both the products I have no much breakage!

I went to my hairdresser and she noticed it to and when I told her what products I was using she was horrified.
If a hairdresser says a brand is terrible you will believe them!

Chucked all the products in the bin along with my money spent on them.

Just tried the HG shampoo and conditioner. It caused 10X the hair fall in the shower!! I was horrified. The shampoo left my hair super oily- I almost thought I used the conditioner by accident.

My hair is normally very full and the HG shampoo and conditioner made it a weighed down, limp, greasy and frizzy mess!! I’m so upset I wasted all this money.

Bondi boost is a marketing scam. I will say it straight up. they fix their reviews from only positive customers, im not sure if they use fake accounts or only accept positive reviews ?? either way, I tried a few of their products for hair loss for a few months now, and not only did it not help, I think it made it worse !! 1/10 will not recommend to anyone and thanks for wasting my money. hopefully this review doesn't get deleted.

I do enjoy a few of their products, however, didn’t like the dry shampoo due to the overpowering smell. Have also recently tried the Airburst Styler and it struggled to style my hair both straightening and curling. I think they monitor what reviews get posted as my honest reviews do not get listed. I do not like companies like this.

If the product doesn’t work for you, it’s $31 to return and they do not cover returns costs. I would purchase from a company that does. The customer service wasn’t very nice about it.

I was excited to try their products. However, when I received the lash and brow serum I could not get serum to come out with the lash brush. I tried over and over again and all that happened was that a very little bit clumped up and clung to the very inside but nothing on the bristles. I contacted customer service and they said they would refund me once I returned the item AT MY EXPENSE!!! I was like oh you say how you stand behind your products but don't let them fool you. They want ME to pay to return an item of theirs that I bought that doesn't work. I despise companies like this. They have ZERO integrity and they get away with it. I am returning everything I bought from them even though I have to pay return shipping because they don't deserve a penny of my hard earned money and I will NEVER buy anything from them.

I started using Bondi Boost when they first started out with the HG shampoo and intense spray and at first I loved it. After 6 months I noticed my thin hair getting thicker and fuller and healthier. Move to 4 yrs later and not only have the prices gone from $60 to $80 per bundle (major ripp off) the formula is different in so many ways (feels more watery too) and cheap as my hair started getting extremely greasy and dry/brittle and falling out. I since stopped and switched to another natural Aussie brand (that is under $30) and my hair has come back to life.

Don't fix what isn't broken just to save manufacturing costs! as long time customers will know if there are changes. Oh and as for the pathetic "sleep with my best friend" commercials/advertisement just because she uses the product that ad actually put me off too. Bye Bondi boost! I might actually save money too!

Bondiboost firstly I want to say that their products are quite expensive… and they claim that your hair is growing back… after 6 months of using the product.. let me tell you that because I use this shampoo for month know..and my hair is falling more than before… .. this product doesn’t guarantee that your hair is getting better.. not happy at all… expensive and useless. I m a real person, ( not a model) I m putting a lot of research in my products that I use … and let me tell you… this is the worse experience I had !! Of course I don’t use them products no more ( in the garbage 🗑) this is my honest opinion

Bought the shampoo/condition for dry hair. After a few washes, each time my hair was a gross heavy texture and the back of my head was still oily, despite washing correctly and applying correct amount. Honestly the worst I have ever used. Now have to pay for return shipping to get my money back. ‘30 day money back guarantee’, is a total rort.

The dandruff version of bondi boost isn't great but I loved hair growth shampoo and conditioner.

A friend leant me some of her 'Bondi Boost Rapid Repair' to try while I was on holidays. It is the BEST shampoo and conditioner I have ever used. My hair is fine so most products that condition really weigh my hair down and make it greasy quickly but Bondi Boost's Rapid Repair has my hair looking better than it has in many years! Thanks guys and well done. :)
