The cheapest clear plastic bag package you could think of. No label or instruction brochure or sheet. Not even a sticker or a piece of photo copy paper. Speaks volumes and now difficult to trust product quality and safety

I love them. So pleased I bought them as perfect for taking on holidays or road trips in our campervan when space is limited. Good quality, too. Also, any correspondence on email is answered straight away 💪🙏

Please note this company are endeavouring to buy reviews with empty promises to exchange bands for customers. Probably the worst marketing play I’ve been caught up in. the company are engaging in unethical behaviour.

I bought these bands so that I can start Pilates and they did not disappoint- you feel so strong afterwards and I love working out with Lauren. She’s the best! Gloria

I’m a great fan of reformer Pilates. Can’t always make it if I’m traveling. These bands are unbelievably good. Just like a reformer class - but basically free classes. The workout videos are amazing. But to self some, you won’t regret it.

I'd always wanted to try reformer Pilates but found that there weren't many classes near me. These were a great option to do from home and the online classes are easy to follow and challenging. My flexibility has definitely improved since using them. The other great thing about these is I can take them on holiday with me. Recently I have found a reformers class and have been attending once a week it's great but expensive and hard to get into. So l continue to use the bands between classes.
I wouldn't be without them.

Their bands are awesome! Very convenient when traveling, so easy to throw in your carry-on; no excuses for not working out. Top notch quality, material is substantial and not flimsy. Highly recommend!

I’ve used these bands for a few months and they are amazing. You get full instructions on how to use them and I can see and feel a massive difference without spending loads of money and time in a gym.

After seeing the ads on Instagram I decided to buy the bondi pilates bands. The workout video exercises were easy to follow. The handle grips were smooth and light. You can take the bands with you anywhere they're so light.
I would definitely recommend them

Love how you can use this anywhere and the videos are easy to follow. You really feel the after effects too. I was quite surprised at how much I felt the workout the day after.

I bought these reformer bands to use in conjunction with my existing Pilates routine. Works well, videos are easy to follow. I also purchased a reformer mat and the grip socks all these products are very good quality. Can highly recommend.

Soo far soo good, I opted to try this as I wanted to do classes but found these expensive and not many around where I live. This allows you to do from home or take with you anywhere.

I really enjoy the videos I like the pace and find it easy to follow!

Looking forward to a body transformation but overall to improve my fitness I have only just purchased this but liking it so far!

Great experience overall with this company. I ordered a beginner reformer band, which seems perfect for what I need. I lost the email that included the link to the workout PDF, so I messaged on Instagram which they very quickly got back to, and resent with no questions asked. I will definitely order from here again when I am ready for the level 2 band!

Ordered some resistance bands and found the accompanying training materials really poor, so I emailed the company and asked if they'd like feedback on them to help make them better. I mentioned that I'm a user experience professional to show that I know what I'm talking about. Someone called Sharna Macdonald replied just saying 'go for it'. No other text. This was pretty unprofessional but I thought, OK, and I gave my thoughtfully worded feedback. She then unleashed an astonishing tirade in response, insulting me and assuming I was doing this for some kind of financial reason, ie to persuade her to hire me as a consultant. I was so disgusted with her behaviour I asked for a refund, which was again met with the most breathtaking rudeness and unprofessionalism I have ever received from a company. I would have been willing to soldier on using the bands - all I wanted to do was help make their soon-to-be-updated training materials better for me and for others. Now I've been left with a really bad taste in my mouth and honestly, the worst customer experience I've ever had in my life.

EDIT: Since posting this review another member of staff has emailed me at 1am to harrass me, trying to identify who I am on LinkedIn. Pretty incredible behaviour.

Product Bondi Pilates reformer bands. My order arrived looking nothing like the good quality ones they advertised on Facebook. The ankle straps are not big enough for adults the bands themselves look very poor quality. Ask to return them, sure but you have to pay to post to China? Supposed to be an Australian company plus wait till they receive and then they knock off postage that you already paid. Another con company on social media. Not cheap either.
