Not happy with Bond Turner about the VW Emissions case.
Not happy with Bond Turner about the VW Emissions case from back in 2023. The total amount of the claim according to Bond Turner was only £1,787.46p. I only ended up with £596.93p out of the £1,787.46p. Bond Turner took more than two thirds of that amount, but that figure did not add up to the commission percentage that they suggested at the beginning. I wish that I had chosen another legal company, as from previous experiences with other legal companies that take on all these vehicle emissions cases, and PCP finance cases, none of them took the vast amount that Bond Turner did, so just be very wary of Bond Turner.

This review was originally submitted in 2023 , however it was removed on 29th April 2026 because I had breached a trustpilot guideline. I have amended the review.
I have been dealing with this company recently for some years to settle a claim around vehicle emissions. Today I have received a check for approximately 25% of the amount awarded. This company took 50 % fee and then a further 30% insurance fee and this is even though the company in question had already paid all of their fees.
So basically this company has been paid twice for only doing one job.
This is both outrageous and underhand. And not something I’m willing to accept.
I will be taking this case to the ombudsman, the local press, and will certainly be dropping the Martin Lewis team an email to share this experience with.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!
