First you should know I am from the baby boomer generation: our motto is you get what you pay for, I am 61 yrs old. I rarely leave reviews BUT I have come to a conclusion as of 2026. You’re not gonna get good cuts of beef in this era unless U BUY UR MEAT online. HERE IS WHAT I THINK OF MARKET COFFEE (ie Folgers, Maxwell house) TASTES LIKE JUNK. I will only drink BONES COFFEE..well why? I am old but can’t tolerate the high acidity of the market coffee beans. IF you taste the BONES COFFEE YOU TASTE a rich low acidic delicious tasting coffee every time. HIGHLAND GROG is a good starter coffee. I recently got SIR FRY ALOT and I can’t throw away the empty bag because I smell it first thing in the morning. I FEEL THE SUPERIORITY OF THIS COFFEE is worth the money. I usually get 20% off with online promo, additionally I have points from my previous order so $5.00 off that..this makes the same amount I am paying for Starbucks…yes THIS IS Better than Starbucks..the NEW CHERRY ICE CREAM tastes better than Traverse city cherry coffee..I GUARANTEE YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED. SALTED CARAMEL, SALTY SIREN, CRAZELNUT (hazelnut) coffee R my favorites.

Bones Coffee has some unique flavor options and nice packaging, but the taste was just okay for the price. It’s decent, though I expected a bit more.

Absolutely HORRIBLE shipping!! Order placed on Saturday, April 26th. Shipping wasn't processed until Tuesday, April 29th. The shipping I PAID FOR said 5-7 business days from when order is processed. So from Tuesday the 29th, 7 business days puts us at Tuesday May 6th. Expected delivery date is now May 9th.
I live in Virginia, why did my package go from North Carolina to Kansas? Every time I've ordered from Bones Coffee, this has been the issue. I stopped buying from Bones a couple years ago for this same issue. Shame on me for thinking this would be different, but it's the same thing 2 years later. Until Bones is willing to hold their shipping company accountable for delayed deliveries, I will be looking for my coffee from other sources. I PAID for 5-7 business days, not 10+.

I bought a new $1,000 coffee machine and am I experimenting with coffee. I live in GA. Bones is in FL. I ordered some coffee on Dec. 7th. It is the 16th and it is still not here. They use DHL for shipping??? That's crazy. DHL has to hand it off to the post office. Been sitting at some PO in GA for almost 3 days not moving.

I just ordered something from Miami. Took 2 days to get to me.

I will update reviews if and when I get the package. Based on what I am reading, I am going to be thoroughly disappointed and I already know that with this ungodly shipping time, this will be first and only purchase.

Great coffee great selection, fantastic packaging, love their emails, just all around a great company and look forward to my next order. Keep up the great work guys!

I returned their items the same way they were sent to me; in brand new unopened condition but their customer service rep keeps telling me they want to issue store credit instead of giving me the full refund I am owed. They make it difficult if you want to return items. Clearly customer satisfaction is not a priority here and not a good look for their company.

I placed my order on a Friday and received on Monday. It came in very well packaged and customer representative kept me informed about order and shipping. Highly recommended and will definitely buy again from them as they have very interesting coffee flavors and their custom mugs are just awesome!

Bones coffee sent an email on 11/24 with tracking info that coffee got sent. However, as of 4 Dec, the shipment never left Florida. I sent an email 12/2 and called to ask about the status and to cancel if there to be further delay. Absolutely no response from Bones coffee. I have not received this type of indifferent and poor service in a long time. Bones coffee just charged my credit card on 11/23 without delivering what it had charged me for. Very dishonest and disappointing. I will never purchase from Bones coffee.

I love the coffee but the shipping sucks. Economy shipping by FedEx, you may as well walk it to Virginia because it’s the same amount of time. Use some of your most caffeinated coffee and wake up before it’s too late. Change shipping and more success will come your way. Until then I am switching back to buying bones on Amazon.

Staff were friendly and efficient.

Coffee came hot and so did some food. I ordered.

Nice decor inside has tables and benches outside, nice in warm weather.

The coffee was good coffee, and very aromatic… However, the advertisements make it seem as though the flavored coffee would not taste like actual black coffee, and said have a predominant flavor… This is false advertising as even though it is flavored coffee it very much still needs creamer for people that enjoy creamer in their coffee
