Where is my withdrawal I’ve been waiting a week and nothing and youe live chat doesn’t work

DISGUSTING customer service I've been waiting on a withdrawal for over a month last month i spoke to someone and they said it had been processed it clearly hasn't as I'm still waiting for it been trying to get in touch with someone on live chat for 3 weeks and not one response beggining go think this site doesn't exist anymore Nd scamming everyone

Was going well had a good few withdrawals. They now owe me £90 and are refusing to pay. I'm reporting them to small claims court and my bill provider.

I have won money on this site..I emailed my passport and phone bill..when I email them they just keep repeating the same old thing asking for id...I can't access my account as password and user name not working...they have not helped me at all..I'm thinking they are scammers..all they have to do is pay me what they owe..so far no chance

Can't withdraw my winnings and no one is answering my messages this is a scam and disgrace, quick at taking your money .

I won £70 on Friday and my money still hasn’t arrived I’ve sent in all my documents emailed around 7 times when just getting the same email to send in all my details which I have done around 3 times I keep going on live chat and no agent is coming through I’ve never had this with any other gambling site

Really wish I had read the reviews before making an account with this site. Like everyone else, I am having trouble getting my money back that I deposited into the account and they are now ignoring my messages on live chat and text message. Please don't use this company, it's awful and disgraceful that they are able to get away with this they should be shut down permanently.

Update: Finally got my money back but due to how long it took for this to be solved, I wouldn't trust using their site again. Their Customer Service Support is next to non-existent. Far better sites out their to use, don't fall into the trap that myself and many others got into by using this site.

Just like every other review this site is an absolute scam if you win any money and then withdraw it they just do not transfer it to your bank. Just do not waste your time

I have played at this casino for many years. ID docs supplied & accepted.
I have £535 withdrawal pending & all if a sudden they want to discuss my account. They have been sending text messages asking me to call their customer service number which does not exist. They will not reply to emails or live chat. At a loss now and can not get a response from them at all.
I have no issue discussing my account but unable to actually talk to someone!!
So disappointing and will not play again.
Complaint has been raised with the casino & also resolver.

Update.... moving to 3star as money was finally paid, although alot more hassle than it should be. Original review -- Signed up with a free no deposit bonus to see what the site was like, I enjoyed a few of the games on the site and has £30 in the account, but upon withdrawal I was then asked for proof of address and proof of age, both were accepted, I thought great I'll be able to withdraw now and did so....5 days later the funds were still pending, so I contacted support and was then told they needed proof of bank account details being in my name, I then uploaded that proof only for my proof of age (birth certificate and deed poll letter) to then be rejected even tho it had been accepted many days before. It really seems like they put as many hurdles in your way to stop you withdrawing. I was planning on using the site more in the future but do not want to go through so much hassle to do so

Hi I withdraw 70 on Friday n only received 10 in bank on Sunday we're is my other 60 winnings I have sent loads of msgs on live chat no one there to read them sent emails no reply a think this is disgusting tool rip

Been playing bonus boss few times now, the withdrawal time is not great, sometimes it so quick and even received at weekends my withdrawal, but I've noticed recently the more you play the less you win... which is expected and I don't see that anyone has ever won more than 100 pound. The jackpot doesn't seem to exist and the games are all the same. Would be nice if there was more of a selection of games.

I used 5 of 20 free bets.. took me to a different game and could not return to the 'wheel of fortune' to use the rest of my free best after speaking to staff I was told that I had used all 20 of my free bets and that they "can't add a game to my account".. whatever that means lol. They said if I had video footage of me only using 5 bets they could look into it.. sounded odd.
