I actually would have given them 6 stars like 5 years ago. Now I had to give them one or I couldn't write a review.pretty sad. I noticed that I I'd get messages stating they credited me $$ like anywhere from $6 to $54. And I keep a close eye on what my $_ situation is and I never once was credited what they claimed to credit me. When I mentioned this to them. I noticed the last few times I deposited $$ my rewards didn't budge it stayed at 0 and my comps points didn't move!!!??? Hmmm what's up with that? And I spent lots of _$ with this casino. I even won 10$g's and spent it all back ya stupid on my part oh well, but what I didn't like is that's just as good as me depositinh $ well it should be anyways, but I guess not because I maybe be got no more then 200$ and that's saying to much because it wasn't even close to 200 for over $10 G's but this saying they credited me is bullshit because they didn't. My opinion is that's what they say to people because people really don't know they just agree with what they say. It would be easy on there end to rig up something like that saying they credited us when really they put that $ somewhere else. Just saying. Keep a close eye with ur _ and watch to see if u even are credited ur funds??!!! Now they wouldn't even let me log in and get my rewards unless I'm deposit. They never use to do this to me until I mentioned I wasn't be credited.thats not the correct date but it was in around that time.

I can't get my withdrawal. I've been waiting for a week and I'm still waiting for a response from support after 5 days. No matter what question you ask, they give you the same old answers, often completely irrelevant. They really don't care about their customers.
