We're saddened by receiving this review. As you can see from our other reviews, our service is typically viewed as outstanding.
To address the points in your review...
- You mention that you had a one week trial period, which is incorrect. All new accounts receive a two-week free trial as standard. You contacted us letting us know that you hadn't yet had chance to explore the system, and we extended your trial period by another week. If you needed more time after that, we would of course have extended it further as we understand that people can be busy and it takes time to appreciate the capabilities of a new system. We really feel as though this is an unfair criticism of our service.
- We're very proud of the level of support we offer our customers. We exchanged multiple emails, and emails we received from you during support hours were usually responded to within 20 minutes. Emails we received in the evening were responded to the very next morning.
- We have excellent relationships with our customers, as you can see from our other reviews.
- We're a small team, and as such usually reserve live demos to franchises, as it takes a long time to prep each one. We're always on hand to offer help and advice over email or our instant chat via the website, as mentioned in our correspondence with you, however we'll take your viewpoint onboard.
- You mention reliability, however as you used the system for less than a week during your extended free trial, we can't see that you had chance to experience just how reliable we are as a service.
Taking these points into consideration, we really hope that you can reconsider your rating of Bookaby.
