I feel compelled to write an honest statement. I would not recommend anyone to undergo surgery through Bokimed. Last year, I had a facelift, and the way I was treated made it clear that they were only interested in getting money from me. The doctor’s consultation lasted just five minutes, and that was only after I had already paid. I was taken in for surgery after 6 p.m., the doctor came in a couple of times for only two minutes, and there were no clear recommendations at all. In the end, the result of the surgery was unsuccessful, and the clinic refused to take responsibility. Now I am forced to take the matter to court.

From day one i enter the hospital for ny gastric sleeve all staff was amazing the care i was given was outstandung nothing was to much, and bug thanks to my surgeon he was anazing after the op he come checked on my daily till i left and my coordator been amazing from start to finish any question i had he answer straight away anazibg i be back for a mummy make over soon as i list all my weight thanks team you all been amazing

From the day i arrived for my surgery, I was made to feel really relaxed and important. The premises are outstandingly clean, and all the staff that cared for me were amazing and could not do enough for me. They checked on me on numerous times and were there for any questions i may have had. My surgeon was really lovely and cares about all his patients respectfully.

I travelled back with booking surgery for the 2nd time at the beginning of march for arm lift, armpit removal and breast revision with dr Omer, and again the care, attention and support I received was second to none! All the staff were pleasant, welcoming and on the ball of if I needed anything at all! I can not recommend dr Omer enough, he is thee nicest most welcoming man, exceptional bedside manner! Not to mention he is literally a magician! Thank you will never be enough because he’s completely changed my life! Not to forget my coordinator Bruce who sorted everything for me from day one when booking my first surgery! If you’re on the fence or afraid of booking your first surgery the take this as your sign to do it, it will be the best decision of your life!!!!

The organisation was first class everything went so smoothly exceeded my expectations . The coordinating skills of Mike Smith was amazing nothing was too much trouble , the interpreters
Were first class always there if you needed them . And finally the surgeon Dr Emre Kocman Where do I start with this gentle man he made me at ease within seconds of entering my room , he said to me I will do my best and he did more than his best quietly spoken man with such talent . He looked after me from surgery to after care explained everything he was doing . Thank so much again Mike Smith for recommending Dr Emre to me will be forever grateful

I book with booking surgery . My co ordinator name Mike smith … amazing amazing young man . My surgeon professor Emre kocman . What an absolute gentleman . My surgery was face and neck lift . And what a journey !!!!. First of all . I’m not on social media so wasn’t able to look for a lot of reviews there . This is where Mike helped a great deal . He knew I wasn’t on social media so understood my concerns . This man’s knowledge of all surgeons is impressive. He isn’t there to get you to pick a surgeon. But! Will listen and give you knowledgeable information. This man is an inspiration to bookingsurgery . I believe I was a complete nightmare to him . I was scared . I was overwhelmed. I was untrusting. To be fair that is my nature .never ever once did he make me feel I was asking some silly questions.(trust me I did) but! They was questions that was on my mind . For months and months I interrogated him . This young man answered every single question I asked . Any way I decided the surgeon would be professor emre kocman . And boy did I become a nightmare. Mainly because I’m not on social media to get feed back about the surgeon I chose . Poor Mike I put him through hell . Again! Mikes professional mannerisms was absolutely impeccable. Think at this stage I would have given up if I was Mike . Not once did he give up on me . He totally understood my fears . Any way I went to the hospital in instanbul . I was met with a lovely driver and lovely young girl who was an interpreter. Lots and lots of test done . Bloods , ultra sound , ecg . Met the anaesthetist . Then I met my surgeon . He is an absolute gentleman. His English was great . He listened to what I expected from my face and neck lift . He looked me straight in the eye and said .. Julie . I will do my absolute best for you . Instantly I knew he would . He has done an amazing neck and face lift . I saw him everyday untill the morning I went home . And as for the staff . Nursing . House keepers . Nursing assistant. All staff was so lovely and caring . I was looked after so well . Dare I say . . The care was second to none . Nothing was any trouble . Let me say here in the uk . I have been a private patient in a private hospital . The hospital was clean. Modern . And inviting . I feel truly blessed I really do . Thankyou to everyone who was on this incredible journey of mine . And even now I’m at home . Mike is checking I’m ok . 🙏🙏

I had an excellent overall experience at Havrasya hospital. The hair transplant team were very attentive and accommodating especially at such short notice. I’m looking forward to seeing the results. My coordinator Ash was extremely supportive and helpful and was constantly in touch checking in on me.,

from start to finish David and his excellent team were first class. communication was excellent before my procedure and once I arrived the Care and attention you are given is first class. they couldn't do enough for me. The translators are fantastic. no question you ask is silly. The staff are always on hand no matter what you need or want. I would certainly more than recommend this company if you are thinking of getting surgery. 5stars all round.

Landed back home yesterday from having 360 fdl and mons lift. Chris Andrea was my coordinator and I had the wonderful Dr Omer as my surgeon. I was at the Avrasya hospital. My room was great with wardrobes and a mini fridge, as well as tv which they can give you Netflix and prime etc.

The staff are incredible! From translators, nurses, and cleaning staff. Nothing is too much trouble. I had one moment where I wasn’t happy and there was a miscommunication, but I text my coordinator and it all got sorted straight away and they were all very apologetic. I am not going to let that impact my review as not everyone is perfect and have a lot of people to look after.

My results are incredible! Dr Omer really is an artist and he visits you daily. I had lost over 11 stone in weight so I had a lot of excess skin and he took over 10 pounds worth!! When I saw my results for the first time I cried happy tears!

What I liked about booking surgery is that you are not taken to a hotel and under constant supervision your whole stay.

Chris, my coordinator was always at the end of the phone to answer any of my questions too. Right from booking until after coming home.

Food is okay. This is not the ritz!! Some days I refused to eat what I was given but there were some edible dishes. Just be prepared for this. I took plenty of snacks and pot noodles, porridge pots etc. There is also a cafe which sells nice food at reasonable prices. Our first night we ordered two pizzas and a can of drink and it came to £14! This was the day we got there and the translator ordered it for us.

The location of the hospital isn’t great, but the inside is clean and someone comes into your room everyday to sweep and mop and empty the bins. One day I had someone come in twice!

If I was to have more surgery, I wouldn’t go with or anywhere else. Thank you for making my dreams come true!

This is my second time at Booking Surgery, and just like the first time, I received excellent service and care. My coordinator, Mike, was always very attentive, always clarifying all my doubts. He is a very helpful person. The first time, in 2024, I had my sleeve gastric with Dr. Kagan Katar, an excellent professional, and this second time I had an abdominoplasty, liposuction, and breast reduction with Dr. Kaan Kavruk, a magical doctor. I have a magnificent result and am having a perfect recovery. Thank you all for providing me with the best, especially to Mike for all the attention I have received both before and after the surgery. I feel 100% satisfied.

Overall the experience has been amazing, Most of the staff are fantastic, especially Maram,Flora,Shayla,Mari, they went above and beyond dealing with me and my daughter, The house keeping staff were kind and sweet despite little english they attempted to communicate, I loved the two female housekeepers , Dr Omer has helped me start to get ready to complementing a journey, no doubt I will be back.
The only let down which is every hospital i have ever been to uk or turkey the food is somewhat inedible, they need to be more definitely be more inclusive.
The hospital was clean at least twice a day that I saw.
Tv didn't work which i wasn't prepared for.
the Avrasya hospital placement isn't very good very little places to go a super market across the road and a pharmacy, a cafe down stairs that seemed to changes its prices.
Flora and Maram did order Starbucks,KFC( it was raw) and other stuff for us, this place would be fantastic if they added more facilities.....

Just got home yesterday after having a 360fdl. Charlie James was my coordinator and he was at the end of the phone for me day and night for the past 10 months whilst I was planning my surgery. He was absolutely faultless and totally reliable. Literally anything I asked, needed or wanted he sorted it all out for me, im so glad he was my coordinator. Dr Nebil was my surgeon and he was a total magician im thrilled with my results. All the staff at yasam hospital were happy, helpfull and nothing was too much trouble. I will be back again in about 6 months for an upper 360fdl with breast uplift and implants and i will be asking for the same coordinator, surgeon and hospital. Even my transport driver was amazing and didnt leave me untill i was safe and happy in a wheelchair at the airport. I will never have elective surgery in the UK after finding bookingsurgery. com. I am not an influencer nor have I been paid for writing this. This is my honest experience. Thank you to you all who have made me a very happy lady.

Everything from start to finish was done very well. Dr. Kaan was very attentive as were all of the nurses the cleaning staff, and even the food was good. It would not hesitate to return and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I went for 360fdl mons lift , uplift and implants, with ab repair. With Dr Fatith that man is amazing. He really has changed my life. I can't believe it's my body he really is a miracle man. From the beginning all the staff was amazing. My coordinator david always on hand when needed. The hospital staff from nurses to translators all great. Felt safe and very well looked after.

Amazing experience from my first contact with my coordinator who was on always and talked me through everything helping to put me at ease, the transport from airport was on time and took me straight to the hospital, the staff were friendly and helpful, when i met my surgeon he talked me through all my options and answered all my questions putting me at ease, i had lots of contact with my coordinator and surgeon throughout my surgery. The after care is also amazing and my coordinator has helped me throughout, my results already look amazing and i feel so much happier and confident, Dr OKAN was my surgeon and i highly recommend him, my coordinator was Deniz and has been truly a godsend even to this day if i message i get an instant reply. If you are considering surgery definitely consider this place,

I just came back home from Istanbul with booking surgery . I had a 360 fdl and I am so happy with my results . I’ve been “fluffy” my whole life and I never had a nice flat tummy but now I do 🙏🏽🥹 my Dr was Dr Nebil he is absolutely amazing such an amazing man, so kind and caring . I’m on day 4 PO and I had a long journey back home this morning and after a little nap I feel so so good . My coordinator was David Turker he is amazing too . He answered my all questions even the most crazy ones because I was so scared about everything haha x . He always replied to me as soon as he got my message . He arranged my transport and everything that was needed . Even the driver who came to pick me and my companion was sooo soooo kind !! This morning he stayed with us at the airport until we got to the check in 🥹🥹🥹🥹The whole team is absolutely great ! So helpful and they would always be there when you need anything x . I am so happy with them . Is just an honest review . I felt like they were my friends over there and I felt so so looked after x if anyone wants to have a estetic surgery please go with them . From arriving into Istanbul to arriving at the hospital was perfect! The hospital was very clean and smelt clean.
Although Once arrived in the hospital they hardly spoke to me and just placed my in a side room right next to the children department. The rooms were nothing like I got shown before hand. Very small and not enough space to move around. There was no proper bed for my companion to sleep on other than a really hard pull out chair. The meals provided was not adequate and sometimes they forgot to bring something, my companion had to go out and collect food for themselves from the store.

The language barrier wasn't to much of an issue but in some places it was, some of the translators also struggled to understand what I was saying. After my operation I was just brought back to my room and left for ages until some one came. It took about 2 hours for some one to bring a pillow to my companion.

All night the staff were stood right out side our room laughing and shouting and even singing at one point, so I struggled to rest after the operation. When it was time for me to go home, Nobody came to remove my canula so they just pulled it out in seconds as I was leaving my room.

The operation it self seems to have gone very well. That I can not fault.
