I am delighted with my experience with Booklovers of Bath. As soon as I had ordered my book I got regular updates right up to delivery. My book was very well wrapped and delivered in excellent condition and earlier than expected. Obviously lives up to the name and is a booklover 😍

I have purchased many books, new and used, and my experience with this book shop is the best I’ve ever had. I was looking for a particular edition of a book and this shop had exactly what I wanted. I am located in the US and the shop is in Bath in the UK. I was a little worried about ordering from overseas, but needless to say, my worries were completely unfounded. Not only was the description accurate to a T, the communication letting me know my order had been received, then dispatched, and the updates from the Royal Mail kept me confident I would receive the item. I was surprised how quickly it arrived and was delighted to open and find it had been exceptionally packed for the long journey and matched exactly what I expected. I am very grateful to have found the book, and very appreciative of the care with which my transaction was handled. I would absolutely recommend this shop and hope to shop here again myself.

Fabulous company and what feels like a very personally cared for transaction. No feeling of it being just an empty change of hands, a lot of considered care was taken to wrap the book incredibly well for delivery, even down to the brown paper wrap as the final layer.

The book arrived speedily and was exactly as described. But what I appreciated was that the bookseller had inserted a copy of the description so I could match it against the book, and the returns policy was spelt out. I even got a discount token against a future purchase. I will return with confidence . This book is intended as a present, and it will be a joy to give because it is in such good condition.
