Very good customer service
They were brilliant. I dropped my car off nearly an hour early for an oil change and they couldn’t have been nicer about it. The manager greeted me with a proper handshake, gave me a clear time, and even offered to push the job back so I wouldn’t have to rush. I said I was fine with the original slot and he promised to ring the second it was ready. They actually finished twenty minutes early, told me the car was in really good shape, and said I can book my next major service whenever I like — they’d be happy to look after me again. Top service, I’ll definitely be going back.
