I never got the package
I never got the package. Somebody called from their cell phone while I was at work and I gave them permission to hide the box in the bushes outside our apartment building (in an area not known for a lot of crime). When I saw the photo she took, I could see it was plainly visible to passersby, which I assume is why it was gone by the time I got home a few hours later.

After checking the delivery details, it appears that the parcel was delivered according to the instructions you provided to the courier, to leave it at your residence even when no one was present. In such cases, once the delivery has been completed as instructed, responsibility for the parcel rests with the delivery company and the recipient’s local security.
We sincerely regret that this has happened, but as the parcel was left as per your request, it is unfortunately beyond our control at this stage. We recommend contacting the delivery company directly to report the missing parcel and request their assistance in investigating the matter further.
Please know that we truly value your understanding and appreciate your support.
Good quality components
Good quality components. Able to make things slightly more from scratch than with other book nook suppliers do more satisfying in terms of a creative and careful hobby challenge. Amount of detail in the piece also very good. Instructions different to other companies but only took a few minutes to work the system out. Very happy with my purchase, thank you!

Suivi de commande inexistant
Commande passée le 14 juillet 2025 , en transit depuis le 16... nous sommes le 28 et toujours aucune réponse du site Booknook.fr après plusieurs relance. Aucune information sur le suivi du colis, si ce n’est qu’ils ont demandé l’expédition... a éviter donc, sauf si vous avez 2 mois devant vous et aucune date butoir pour recevoir votre commande. J’espère la recevoir un jour mais j’en doute...

I should never have ordered
I should never have ordered. It took a month and a half for the wrong thing to arrive. There's no way this company is located in Colorado. Nor are they answering my e-mails. I was so excited to get this birthday present but the whole thing is beyond ruined. Worst experience I have EVER had ordering online.

Attention, je vous déconseille de commander chez eux.
Les produits sur ce cite viennent tous directement de Chine malgré leur nom. Vous trouverez les mêmes articles sur d’autres sites, deux à trois fois moins cher.
Ils promettent un remplacement des pièces cassées, j’attend toujours (j’ai signalé une pièce cassé il y a 2 mois).
Ils promettent un cadeau surprise à partir d’un certain montant d’achat, rien reçu. Lorsque je leur ai signalé, ils m’ont proposé un code promo de 10% …
Bref, ce site est une arnaque.

I would give them a zero review but…
I would give them a zero review but unfortunately the least I could give is a one. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. VIRTUALLY NON EXISTENT. Sent email after email and no response. Finally they sent me a response saying to contact my carrier. Both the US CARRIER AND CHINA CARRIER stated to contact the seller. So, no one wants to take responsibility. Contacted my bank. Tried to file a complaint with the BBB but there is no listing of this company in Boulder, Colorado. Shocker! This is a scam! Do not buy!

J'ai reçu le BookNook Mira Magic House, ouvert et abîmé. Il manquait un sac de pièces, ainsi que la colle.Tant pis pour la colle j'en ai acheté, et j'ai contacté le service client pour les pièces manquantes. On me répond, mais on me prend pour une idiote totale. Nous en sommes maintenant à 6 mails et toujours pas de solution en vue, ni remboursement ni envoi des pièces manquantes. Je pense que les avis sur leur site sont clairement des faux ... à fuir absolument
