This company is a total scam. They'll tell you those who are scammed by them didn't pay their fee or etc. I paid everything and got scammed out of the London Book Fair, signed a contract, paid for everything. Same with a a website that was suppose to be completed and a press release.

Here is my experience with this company. I hired them, paying in full, to promote my book last November, 2025. To date, which is March 2026, they have done nothing. Deckard Rhodes is my project manager there and all he has done is flat out lie to me. He has recently stopped taking my calls asking for a refund. They took my money but did nothing and will not refund it. I now have a new project manager, Jason Brown, who is also a liar and scammer. After numerous, repeated requests, then demands for a refund, I've received nothing from them. I wish there was a negative star to give them.
As far as I am concerned they are scammers, liars and thieves.
My advice and warning to anyone thinking about using these thieves is DO NOT!

From beginning to end, working on my book with the team was a seamless process. They produced writing that reflected my vision, communicated effectively, and grasped my thoughts. Sincerely, I'm happy with the outcome.

WOW... what a waste of my time and money. They did two excellent proposals, but they started at $8,000.

I did not need proposal for $8000. I needed Marketing. If all you need to do is sell your book they may NOT be for you

Their book marketing service really made a difference, My book got more visibility and engagement than ever before. Communication was clear and timely.

With expert editing and customer service, Book Prides Publishing provides quality publishing services. Although there were occasionally communication delays, the finished product was worthwhile. A good choice for writers seeking assistance during the publishing process.

I got Lucas as my project manager. As a first time author, throwing my book on the market was kind of scary. Lucas kept me sane during the whole process. that guy deserves a bigger team and a raise!
the only slightly negative point is that due to their success, there is some waiting time - and for me, who wants to go 150 % from the beginning, going at 90 can be a little frustrating.

Pleasant experience working with them. The team was supportive and guided me whenever needed.

⭐☆☆☆☆ 1 Star – Extremely Unprofessional Experience

I rarely write reviews, but I feel people should be aware before investing their time or money with Book Pride Publishing.

First, we scheduled a call to discuss promoting my book Rewired: Letting Go of Who You Don’t Want to Be. The representative I spoke to on Facebook completely forgot about the appointment. I ended up calling him, and after he apologized, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. That was red flag number one.

We scheduled a second call — and unbelievably, the same thing happened again. He forgot. I had to call him once more, and he begged for another chance. That was red flag number two, and I decided right then that I wasn’t going to move forward.

Shortly after, I was contacted by a man named Thomas Williams, who said he was a manager and would personally oversee my project. He even told me the other employee had been suspended for 30 days (though I have serious doubts about that). Thomas and I had one good conversation where he promised to handle everything personally. After that? Complete silence. I never heard from him again.

It’s now been a month, and absolutely nothing has been accomplished. They sent me a list of basic keywords and a set of social media posts — 12 total, of which I had to rewrite 10 myself because they were so poorly done. The “calendar content” they created was even worse. It literally said “Available at Amazon” but didn’t include the book title or the author’s name anywhere. The small image of the book they used was so tiny you couldn’t even read the title. So, what exactly was “available at Amazon”? No one would know.

The whole process was disorganized, unprofessional, and frustrating. Missed calls, poor communication, and amateur content that looked like it was made by someone experimenting in a basement rather than a publishing company.

I’m not calling them a scam, but they clearly don’t know what they’re doing. If I could give a negative rating, I would. Don’t waste your time or money — find a team that’s actually qualified to help you grow your book and brand.

I am very impressed with the quality of service from Book Prides Publishing. Communication was smooth, deadlines were met, and the outcome was exactly what I hoped for. Truly a trustworthy company.

The book writing process was made both efficient and pleasurable by Book Prides Publishing. While they helped hold my tale into something I'm glad to call my own, I was allowed to continue operating my business.

My first book's publication felt like a massive mountain to climb, but Book Prides Publishing made it seem doable and even thrilling. From formatting to distribution, they took care of everything, and I always felt encouraged.
