Breach of Contract and Unauthorised Publication. My experience with London Books Publisher has been deeply disappointing. After paying my balance in full, the company failed to deliver the services outlined in their consultation and marketing materials. The agreed 5–6 week timeline has more than doubled with no completed outcome. My book was published without my approval, without confirming pricing, and without including my author bio. I did not receive the promised physical proof copy, and the editing/proofreading provided was below professional standard. PR services were not delivered. I also discovered that the author copy price quoted to me was higher than the retail price available to the public.Communication has been minimal, and attempts to resolve the issues have been ignored or met with partial responses that do not address the core problems. I have now escalated this as a formal and legal dispute. I strongly advise authors to proceed with caution.

Publishing my first book was a dream come true, and Book Publishing House made it happen. Their kindness, patience, and genuine belief in my story meant the world to me. I’ll always be thankful to them for helping my words find a home.

Really good service overall. The editing and design were fantastic, though the process took a bit longer than I expected. Still, the final result was worth the wait. I’d happily publish my next book with them.
