Booksetc offer excellent service, value for money, and short delivery times. Their packaging method is also very good, especially compared to some other mainstream online sellers where several books received have been quite damaged. This is now the only book company I use, and would highly recommend them.

I ordered a calendar, which then showed as delivered by Royal Mail a few days later. However, it wasn't delivered to me. According to the Customer Protection Act of 2015, it is the sellers responsibility to contact Royal Mail to query the non-delivery, as royal Mail need certain details that only the seller can provide, but Books etc refused to do so on several occasions.Fortunately, Ebay recognised the validity of my complaint and refunded me. Books etc may possibly be cheap, but their customer service is non-existent. Avoid.

I have bought much from Booksetc, and I find it excellent. Usually (not always) it is the cheapest among its competitors, and always delivers the books well protected and in perfect condition.
The only negative is the antiquated website, which, among other things, takes ages to respond to searches. I persevere, but I suspect others will not.

I've found Books etc to be really competitive price-wise, and all items ordered to date have all been delivered within the stated timescale. Well packaged to avoid damage in the post. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

Amazing speed of delivery................. about a week before the book will be in the shops at a cost saving as well.

The book was delivered quickly but some the packaging was soaking wet following a sudden downpour. This resulted in some water damage to the edges of the front cover of the book. This suggests that the packaging could be improved to make it more resistant to the vagaries of the weather.
