I am taking the Boomer Boost and the Gladiator Barley. I also take the Good Night supplements. I have more energy and do not take naps anymore. With the Good Night formula I sleep and dream. Even if I wake up I can fall back to sleep. I take Blood Pressure medicine and one of the side effects is a runny nose. Since starting the program my runny nose has stopped. These supplements are ones that I will not be without and I look forward to expanding the list.
