Outstanding customer service 👌
Support all the way through to delivery, the service you get from this company is fantastic. Recent project had me needing to work colours of stain not on the shelf, we discussed the needs and an order was placed. On delivery I had everything as well as tester pots to try out other colours as well.
Delivery is rapid, ordered at 1:30pm and i had the stuff the next day delivered with everything we’ll protect and each tin was individually wrapped in its own bag incase of any spillages.
Dealt only with a guy called Tony who’s understanding of the product as well as timbers and panels I’m working with is outstanding. Nice to actually talk to someone that knows things and wants to help rather than just a sales man.

Purchased No Grey and Hard Too Oil for my kitchen worktop project- haven’t used them yet but if they are half as good as the service I’ll have no complaints. First class.

Extremely helpful
I found Tony at Bormawachs to be extermely helpful in choosing and provide bespoke materials and samples to complete my project. All the infrmation I requested was provided immediately including start to finish instructions on applying the products.
I would not hesitate to recommend Bormwachs and will undoubtedly be using them again.

Can’t rate this company highly enough. Tony is extremely knowledgeable and took a lot of time to help me select the best product for the professional restoration of a beautiful but extremely neglected full Victorian balustrade. My package arrived next day and the products are the best I have used as a carpenter/restorer. I only wish every online experience was great at the service provided by Bormwachs UK I will definitely be using them time and time again from now on.
