I always have a great experience with bornpretty they never disappoint! I love there Cateye’s, and specially their Super Top Coat! All of there products are amazing you can and will never go wrong when you order from BornPretty!!!

I love their products, I use mostly gel polishes, but the stamping polishes are great. The variety of colors is clearly shown in the images on the website. The top coat is easy to apply and shiny for a long time. The tracking of the shipment allows you to evaluate where the package is.

I’m in love with their products!! They are amazing quality for a great price!! There is a variety of products rather you do acrylic or polygel or even stamping!! Shipping does take a little time because of their location but it’s worth it!! TRY IT TODAY!!

My package was lost and they refused to provide me with a full refund despite having their Worry Free guarantee on my purchase. I asked them for DAYS to just give me the refund but they refused and insisted on waiting for the courier to update their information.

The package was not picked up by the third party courier; it left the main Aramex depot (another shit company, never use them!) that's an hour from my house and never appeared anywhere else. Ten days lost and counting.

After asking for a refund MULTIPLE TIMES, they disabled the chat in the Shop app and refuse to answer my emails or queries.

I don't like writing negative reviews, and I usually don't regardless of the experience I've had. But this I feel like needs to exist as a PSA or warning. Where do I begin, I used to love Born Pretty products, and I still would. If I had bought them from Amazon. I'm a nail technician based in the United States and I really wanted to support the store directly by purchasing from their website instead of third party. However, I spent over $200 on collections, gels, magnetics, etc. I waited about a month and a half for the arrival (which was expected) and I got a notification that my package was delivered. I live where I work, I have all my deliveries sent to one address. I give explicit instructions to deliver my products directly to me or to send photo evidence if I am not available at the time. My shipping update email said it was delivered on the 26th, my app said it was delivered on the 27th. I was there both days and never received it. I gave it a couple more days as I know transit can be a pain and things are not always marked correctly. Those days came and gone with no packages received, so I emailed the so-called customer service. All they told me was that my package was delivered because "the shipping information said so", I explained that I was there to receive my package on the day and time it claimed it was delivered and I did not receive it. I also bought the parcel protection just in case something happened since it's a lot of money to spend for a nail tech. I have been battling with customer service since the 28th, they continued to tell me my parcel as delivered. I continue to tell them it was, in fact, not delivered and there is no evidence supporting that it was delivered. I asked for a refund because I have the protection. They said they don't know if that is possible because the package was delivered. Bullshit. That is what the protection plan is supposed to be for. Why would I buy it otherwise? In addition to not getting a refund thus far, the latest email says that I told the delivery service to leave my package "elsewhere". I did, in fact, not do that. Why would I? Again, I live where I work so that wouldn't make sense. I explained this and was told "you should check with family and friends, they may have picked it up for you". No. No they didn't. Again, I told them the instructions of where and how to deliver my package if I was or was not available. They told me to call the delivery company. Every time I have tried, they have hung up on me or sent a message saying the number is "disconnected". Yet when you go to the website of the carrier, that is the only number listed saying "call us if you have a problem". As frosting on this shitshow cake, they had the balls to email me a survey and ask for a review. Ha. In short, if you like Born Pretty products, great, but don't buy from their website. Buy that shit off amazon. If you want real products that are high quality and will actually get you your shipments and have real customer service if something goes wrong, buy from literally anywhere else. If negative stars were an option, I would have selected it. I will unfortunately no longer be buying Born Pretty products and cannot in good conscious recommend them to nail techs or beginners and enthusiasts. If you are based in America, buy from local stores as much as you can, if you have to buy from over seas, there's a hell of a lot better lines out there.

Try born pretty gelly gels they are amazing quality at a realistic price . They are way up there with some very renound brands at half the cost . A dream to work with with a huge range of colours . You won’t be disappointed

Bought 2 nail polishes and paid the exra for insurance (in case I do not get my items). Nothing arrived and no tracking available. Contact seller to be told it was delivered on 2/10/24 - someone was home all day and no one delivered anything. There is no evidence of delivery (and no photo to show where it was delivered to).
Contacted seller who informed me it was delivered - screen shot of 'proof of deliver' which does not show anything. Told tough I've lost my money - but hey we will give you a vouvcher for 50% of the cost - ummm no thank you
Aparrently the 'insurance' (which is compulsary) does not cover anything.
I have opened a Papyal dispute but doubt that will end well for me - all I can say is I will NEVER buy from this seller again

Les produits sans hema sont parfaits, le problème n'est pas sur la qualité mais sur le respect de la commande faite, et payée bien sûr...
Un des produits que j'avais commandé sur leur site devait être en rupture de stock, car ils m'en ont envoyé un autre à la place, sans me consulter, produit qui ne me convient absolument pas.
J'ai essayé de contacter leur service client, aucune réponse !
Je ne commanderai plus via le site et privilégierai maintenant AliExpress pour commander chez eux, au moins on voit le stock, et on a un recours possible

Placed an order 2 weeks ago and the website says it usually takes 3-4 days before it is shipped out. My order is STILL pending. It hasn't even been processed yet but the money has been taken out of my account. I have now attempted to contact them twice through the chat window with no response and today I sent an email and zero response there as well. I am beginning to wonder if I have been scammed by the company. So frustrating.

Good products ruined by the worst customer service (because there is no customer service), I’ll find another brand due to Born Pretty ignoring any issues.

The product was not delivered. The seller refused to refund the goods. The seller was rude. I DO NOT ADVISE CONTACTING THIS SELLER not through the website not through ebay.

Stavo cercando dei prodotti di qualità per poter fare le unghie da sola, ma che al contempo non avessero un costo eccessivo che solo i saloni con un guadagno possono permettersi e devo dire che BORN PRETTY è stata la mia salvezza!
Tutto quello che avevo ordinato è arrivato perfettamente imbustato e sigillato e rispettando i tempi di consegna.
Per quanto riguarda la qualità non ho ancora provato tutti i prodotti dell'ordine, ma per ora sono un bel 10/10.

AMAZING PRODUCTS, BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Unprofessional, the worst customer service possible. If you have a question or a problem with your order they will just ignore you, regardless of the plateform you contact them on. They will even have the nerve to leave you on read on WhatsApp. It says a lot about their general values and their brand.
