They have fantastic service and respond quickly when you need help. Products arrived well and as speedily as it can, considering they're located in China. And the products are all a great quality.

I absolutely love the solid nail tips gel! They make it super easy!! And it's unlike anything I have ever tried and I love them. I'm glad I bought 2 of each color they will last me a very long time!!!!! NO REGRETS!!!! Now I also bought a few of the reflective gel magnetic polish and was disappointed. It wasn't anything like I thought it would be. I had high hopes especially after the solid nail tips gel! It's totally worth it. I will continue to buy BORN PRETTY product's.
