I’ve never had a bad experience with Born Pretty. Their polishes are highly pigmented and go on very well. It’s wonderful for a beginner and great for professionals. If I ever have a question it’s responded to immediately and they want their customers to be very happy. The packaging is carefully put together to make sure there is no damage in transit. I love their nudes, colors, reflective glitter gels, cat eye magnetic and omnipotent and rainbow. Their selection is phenomenal. Highly recommend!!

Recently I purchased the solid nail glue from their website. It came along with mini lamp and set of 24 nail tips. The quality is amazing. With help of the solid nail glue and mini uv lamp I am able to do extensions in just 10 minutes. Totally in love with the products.

Too hard to tell what you are actually getting. Ended up getting 3 of the same items, but with different names. Tried to contact to cancel order and nobody replied. Not polish is not like the photos. Not as bright or sparkly. Very disappointed. Don’t waste your money. You replied and asked for my order number. When I replied to your email it did not go through. This is the only way it will let me reach out to you. Order number is 133172

99% of the products are great. The only downside is waiting for them to arrive. Not all the products are sold on Amazon to get them quickly

Everything arrived and is as described. I wish the website had better swatch photos and descriptions. I chose two items that look identical in my opinion. But they were my choices. The products work and are pretty.

I absolutely love Born Pretty products! Good quality and competitive pricing. Shipping is a bit slow but well worth the wait.

This is my first time using Born Pretty products and so far I am very pleased with everything😊 The shipping did take a while but Customer Service was wonderful with helping me. They responded the same day I sent them a email and they helped me track my package. I received my package about 3 days after contacting them. I will be buying and trying more of their products❤

Found Born Pretty through a tiktok account and was excited to find a company I could order from as a non-cosmetologist and get salon-quality products. The shipping took a while but I ordered around the holidays and understand it’s shipping from another continent. I’ve tried two of the three polishes I order and like both. Was surprised by one color (more brown than red) but it’s still a color I would wear so still a plus. Haven’t tried my stamper yet but looking forward giving it a spin. Also appreciated the multiple times I’ve been allowed discounts. Would order again and have recommended to friends.

I love Born Pretty! Their products are awesome, they change with the trends, and their customer service is fantastic. I find I have to wait a few weeks for products to arrive, but that is normal these days since covid. Keep up the great work!
