Rent advantage is a GREAT option for building credit

I’ve been using Borrowell for just over 4 years as a tool to help me build and monitor my credit. It’s been very helpful, and has multiple ways to allow you to build credit fast. While also giving you peace of mind regarding your credit profile. Definitely recommend it to those fine tuning their credit building process!

Je ne suis pas client de Borrowell, mais je me suis aperçu qu il y avait eu des visites de Borrowell dans mon dossier de crédit Equifax. J ai signalé le tout au bureau des fraudes de Borrowell et Sarah a communiqué avec moi pour avoir des détails manquants dans ma requête et le jour même, elle a bloqué les faux comptes et m'a donné des conseils pour aller signaler la situation a Equifax. Service professionnel et rapide.

I applied for 2 credit cards from their app with a promotion and they haven’t paid me my incentive. I contacted them and they asked for proof that I was approved, which I gave them and they still haven’t got back to me. Very poor service, either don’t have promotions or don’t make customers run around for their incentives. Would not recommend them at all! Zero Stars

I struggle with computers and technology, I wanted to use my rent payments to help my credit score grow. I struggled for 17 months trying to figure it out. Today I contacted Borrowell and they replied in only a few hours. It was so much easier than trying to do it alone. Thank you Borrowell support.

I haven’t had rent advantage for very long, less than a week, so I haven’t seen any of the projected growth or benefits yet. That notwithstanding, I have had more trouble with the basic uploading than someone in their 30s should (user error, the interface and set up are very user friendly I’m just a technological dunce). I have been helped multiple times by ‘Clayton’. He is wonderful, knowledgeable, and patient.

Excellent platform with excellent customer service support

I check my credit score at the beginning over every month. I worked hard to get my score up over 800 and ir's been over 800 for over a year now. Nothing has changed and I am up to date on a vehicle loan. This month it dropped by 171 points and when I called they said it was because of a closed credit card on my account. That's been there for 7 years without a problem. I don't want a credit card as I got into trouble years ago - if I can't pay cash, I won't buy something. I'm need to move and this totally messed up my credit rating. I will be filing a complaint.
