ordered a minipc 2 weeks ago, the info of the order said the order was planned to be delivered a week ago. they just took my money, customer service doesn't reply.

Dopo un anno e mezzo dall' acquisto il mini pc bosgame h68 non riconosce più il disco nvme Kingston da 512 GB con perdita di tutti i dati e sistema operativo. Sono costretto a montare un disco alternativo per potere nuovamente usare il PC e internet. Alla mia richiesta di sostituire il disco di origine in garanzia mi viene detto dalla ditta bosgame che la garanzia é di solo un anno e da Amazon dove l'ho comprato che la garanzia é di due anni ma siccome l'ho manomesso la garanzia decade. Purtroppo ne ho comprati tre e quindi devo sperare che non succeda anche agli altri. Faccio presente che non ci sono sigilli sul fondo del PC e nemmeno c'è scritto da nessuna parte che decade la garanzia sostituendo il disco o la ram anzi nel manuale ci sono spiegazioni chiare e gli accessori per montare un secondo disco.

I purchased my Bosgame mini pc via Amazon at the start of this year. A few days the plug exploded as I plugged it in, delivering a significant electric shock to me, resulting in me having to go to hospital. Unfortunately, Bosgame are now ignoring my emails and appear to have no ‘duty of care’. Very worrying and disappointing.

With only days for the warranty to expired, my P4 5825H stopped working, my first thought was, based on experiences with different companies that my time and money was lost but after contacting by emails with customer service they offered a solution to my problem, so I'm grateful and a happy customer !!

I've deployed over 100 of BOSGAME's mini PCs in a professional environment and 1 of these PCs had a faulty memory module. I reached out to support and after some tests to confirm, they paid for a replacement stick of RAM. They were very responsive and willing to help. Not only has the hardware been reliable (1 problem out of over 100 PCs) but when I did have issues they were willing to work with me to resolve them. That's what I want when I reach out to a company about an issue. I would highly recommend BOSGAME.

I bought a E2 Mini PC on Amazon made by Bosgame. My initial thoughts on this product and the company are good. I had a couple questions and received a response within one day. The product itself is a small cube like mini desktop PC. They have become popular because of their price and size. Most come with Windows 11 Pro as mine did but for what I paid I do question the validity of the Windows 11 license although it did activate. The model I bought was cheap and came with a older AMD mobile chip with graphics. Works fine with Windows or Ubuntu Linux. Couple drivers with Windows I had to download from Bosgame site. They downloaded as Zip files which is a little bit sketchy. But have experienced before with other Mini PC brands. I think many of the mini PC's are made in the same factory. Some of the hardware like the SSD and RAM were unfamiliar brands but seem to work OK. The company offers models with more performance and newer hardware and sells mostly through online stores like Amazon or direct purchase from their site. For what I paid $170 I got inexpensive PC with a small form capable of running Windows 11. It runs fairly cool with basic tasks and is fast enough to satisfy most expectation for this price point.
