We have used Boston Express Cab several times and have always been impressed. Their communication prior to arrival is excellent, and they consistently arrive ahead of the scheduled pick-up times. The drivers and cars are always immaculate, and the drivers are both polite and courteous. Drivers texted me all direction for pick up location.It was so easy to get them .I highly recommend Boston Express Cab

Omar was an excellent driver. He did a round-trip transfer to Logan for me and my family. He did an extra stop on the way to pick up my parents in law and brought a car seat for my toddler. He waited for us when our flight was delayed by 2 hours on the return. He was very professional and extremely responsive via text and answered all questions fast. The fare is expensive but worth it the service received. Thank you.
