Paid for caps and sprayers and didn’t receive them nor did I receive notice of shipment delay.

This is my first purchase with you, and I would like to continue buying from you, but communication is a bit difficult and slow. You don't have a phone number I can call for information, which I would appreciate. Everything is done via email, and the process itself is excellent. I can't comment on anything else because I haven't received the product yet.

Too late to ship. Waited many days still not receive item

Received my order before they said and it was perfectly delivered.

I have been asked to do this review, about 8 days after ordering. On the order confirmation email, it said I would recieve an email when the order begins shipping. I have not received that email yet. I figure this means my order has not yet shipped.
Which means I don't have it yet. I am currently pretty unhappy about the experience.

I never received my refund for returned items. There is no contact information to call and check on the status of my refund.

It’s best not to attempt a return, they won’t offer to pay for shipping (most companies do). They won’t process the refund.

I ended up paying the full price for a product, plus shipping to return, still ended up with nothing. All I wanted was to exchange for the correct size, but they weren’t able to do that.

I’ve been getting different sized bottles for my herbal business from the BottleStore for about five years now. I’ve never had a problem with ordering or setting up a pick up time/date. If I have a question, feedback is always prompt, whether it’s by phone or email. Staff is always courteous & helpful!

The flint glass jars are exceptionally clear, and are exactly what I wanted. The shipping costs caused them to be the most expensive glass jars I've ever bought, but they were exceptionally well packed, all of them survived the cross-country journey, and I'm very happy with my purchase.

I needed 8oz plastic bottles in bulk. Was looking on Amazon couldn't find larger quantities at a reasonable price. Found these guys on line and they were half the price and twice as fast. So, I placed an order and hoped for the best. Package showed up next day professionally packed with no damage. Bottles are nice and don't leak. Will absolutely be ordering from them again!
