Sandles were extremely wide. Tried to get a return label and they requested a picture. Really??? Also it looked these sandles were worn.

Initially I believed Bottemless Shoes had not responded to my complaint that the wrong shoe size had been delivered to me, and the company had not responded after several emails. I want to clear the record, it has been brought to my attention they had responded promptly, but I had missed that email. I’m pleased to say we have worked out a solution and the problem will be resolved. I appreciate how Bottomless Shoes company was determined to make this right. Most importantly, the quality and beauty of the shoes are amazing.

They “lost” my package and never told me about it. I had to reach out to them after a month of placing an order for them to tell me they lost it.

I love the shoes! They do run a tad bit large. I recommend ordering a half size down. The quality is great and they are darlin!

I ordered my normal size and they fit exactly. My feet are a little bit wide and the hauraches are a tiny bit snug, but I feel the leather stretching to fit.

I ordered a pair of shoes 9 days ago and they still haven’t been shipped. Original estimated time of arrival was yesterday.

I am beyond thrilled to receive these sandals! I couldn't quite tell from the online description whether they were all leather — but they are, and I'm so happy! I had been searching for that classic, old-school craftsmanship: all leather, top and bottom, with no plastic or rubber. Opening the box and smelling the rich leather brought me so much joy. I'll be wetting them and shaping them to my feet, just like I did as a kid in the '80s — reconnecting with that grounding feeling again. :) Thank you so much for keeping this beautiful tradition alive! ❤️

Fast delivery, great quality!

You do not include a return label nor instructions on returning items that are not satisfactory (too big, too small etc)
Makes it more difficult for the buyer and less apt to make another purchase

Shoes are too small. When I opened the shipping box to pull the shoe box out on to my kitchen counter, about 50-60 ants came scurrying out of the box all over. Kinda gross

The shoes are beautiful, the price reasonable, and customer service responded quickly. That being said, filling the order was a little slow, and when I tried them on, the slides were too loose and flopped on my feet. That and the slippery leather soles makes walking extremely awkward. I don't know if I'll have to donate these brand new shoes or attempt to remake them somehow. It appears that all of the shoes are marked down, which means that none of them are returnable. Tricky, huh? Anyway, I advise sizing down and ordering the crepe soles.

Great shoes. love them . They fit well.

These shoes are beautiful. I especially like the color, walnut. They are well made. Thankfully, they fit.

My only problem was, I had to call Security, to open the package. Well sealed!!
