They were able to get a refund for us, even though I didn't think we qualified.

The staff at Bottomline were exemplary and guided us through the application process. The application process required supporting documents, which they reviewed and ensured they supported the requested monetary amount.

Every department that i was involved with became super informative and helpful especially since im not one to sit at a desk & no the ins with computer paperwork, document scanning etc....i struggled to send 1 piece of data like 5x's and lost the entire essay. They were able to get me through the process.

All the help with filling out everything correctly.

Very easy to get all information back and forth well. Timing of all of it was great.

Communication was an issue. It was very difficult to reach anyone via telephone, and email responses were not always done within 24 hrs.

All Bottomline Capital representatives were extremely helpful, and provided us a service that required very little work on our end. I highly recommend their services.

What made this a great experience was the staff at Bottomline Capital. They took us through the process; giving examples and full explanations of what to submit for the Employee Retention Credit to the IRS. I would highly recommend this organization!
