I needed to book a special family holiday so asked Jason to look in to it for me as he's been a great help before. The holiday he arranged for us absolutely fitted the bill. He showed us different types of holiday so i had a choice and the one we settled on was superb. The communication, attention to detail and dealing with ad hoc requests were all excellent and took all of the stress away.

We've used Jason at Boullies Travel for years now and keep going back for good reason. He booked our honeymoon, a cheap and cheerful getaway for a 30th birthday, a Norwegian cruise with family, and most recently a Mediterranean cruise with Virgin Voyages' Scarlet Lady with friends.

What sets Jason apart is how well he gets to know you. He takes the time to understand your circumstances and what you actually want from a holiday, and even if you're not sure yourself, he'll give you options to help narrow things down before putting together a full set of quotes. He's incredibly knowledgeable and always finds a great price.

What really stands out for us is how helpful he is if something goes wrong. We had a small issue on our honeymoon, and by the time we'd landed Jason had already sorted it and been in touch with the cruise line himself. That kind of support after booking is hard to find, and it's a big part of why we keep coming back. And on our family holiday my grandparents were taking ill at short notice and he took care of all of this as well with the booking.

Highly recommend Jason and Boullies Travel to anyone looking for a travel agent who actually cares about getting your holiday right.

From start to finish Jason has been exceptional!

Jason from Boulles travel booked us into a great 2 bedroom spacious partment with aircon which was near to were my brother lives. The pre arranged taxi was there to pick us up no problem at all. All the staff at Manilva Sun couldnt be more helpful.
Jason checked in with me to ask if everything was ok, this is such a reassuring service which i did not expect absolute game changer. The service i recieved from Boulles Travel is absolute exceptional. Thanks for a great trip.

Jason was there every step of the way ready to help and made everything so easy and convient for me, as I was a little apprehensive at travelling alone to America. His dedication to his job and clients shone bright as he answered my 2am rant (uk time) as I was still stuck in Phoenix (America) airport due to overweight and heat? I told him to go back to sleep as there wasn't anything he could do. 😊 I knew Boullies Travel would have my back.

I have just booked a rugby tour to Argentina with Jason, Jason was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient, every time I rang he answered straight away and helped me with the booking app, I don’t go on this tour till July but will leave another review when I return .

Service is personalised and professional. Time is taken to understand your preferences and wishes and then concise, considered options are presented with plenty of chance for discussion. I will definitely be using Boullies Travel again.

We recently booked a trip to Barbados staying at a Sandals resort through Boullies Travel for our Honeymoon and I honestly can’t recommend Jason enough.

From start to finish, everything ran smoothly. Jason kept us fully informed throughout the whole process, so we always knew what was going on. He was incredibly responsive too always at the end of a WhatsApp message, even later in the evening, which made a big difference and gave us real peace of mind.

The holiday itself was fantastic, and it was clear everything had been well organised. What really stood out was the follow-up. Jason arranged a catch-up meeting about a week after we returned to see how everything went, which shows how much he genuinely cares about his customers.

Jason responded quickly to my enquiry. He provided me with all of the information and options for booking our trip to Lapland. The whole process was really efficient and Jason kept me updated throughout. I would definitely recommend using Bouilles!

Jason was easy to deal with from start to finish. Gave him a couple of destinations to look at and he came back with some good options. For me he took the stress out of the searching and speaking to call centres away and made the whole process really easy. Wouldn’t hesitate in using him again and of course recommending him to others

We finally booked a trip to Lapland for Christmas 2026. We found speaking to Jason incredibly easy and he spent a lot of time answering our many questions on a few occasions. There were so many different packages etc and Jason made sense of them for us.

A great company to work with and to get you what you want on your holiday. Can include as much or as little to what you want to do. Price can depend on what you want and we gave a budget and were quite surprised on what we got. Nothing to much trouble and always a phone call away. Can highly recommend using.

Can’t fault Jason’s attentiveness, he was there from the my enquiry all the way until getting back from the trip. First time we’ve used a travel company and the process was smooth and easy. Jason was available to answer any questions and always got back within a good time frame (mostly immediately). He also got us a great deal after asking for a holiday quite last minute. I would definitely recommend this service.

Boullies Travel have been absolutely super from start to finish. From helping to find the right Lapland trip for us, explaining the packages, competitive pricing, and doing everything when they said they would. I really wasn’t expecting to hear from Boullies but Jason reached out a few days before our trip, plus the day we arrived and after we got home. We really couldn’t have asked for more and I’m hoping we can book another trip through Boullies very soon!

From start to finish Jason was amazing in arranging our trip to Lapland. Even a last minute change of traveller (due to a broken knee) was no problem and stress free !

Jason made the experience so very special. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer and everything went very smoothly. Even on our return he called to make sure everything went well. We really enjoyed dealing with him, So much so we have now booked another holiday with him and I can see many more to come.

Despite a slightly difficult start Jason was so helpful and really knowledgable. Helped sort an incredible trip to Lapland, listened to what we wanted and gave such helpful advice. Jason was also was there to offer an understanding ear during a moment of panic!I know I could not have pulled it together and we have a many happy memories.
