My wife and I began working with Nicole earlier this year, all was good at first but then Nicole and her team completely ghosted us and fell off the face of the earth. I hope all is okay because we have no idea what is going on and have still heard nothing. I can't tell you how good she is at her job but i doubt the job will get done. 0/5

I did not use Boundless advisors this year. In 2023 I ended up having to file through TurboTax because Nicole did not complete the return on time. As others stated, she disappeared and would not respond to messages. She also promised to complete my local taxes for me, and did not, I had to file those on my own as well and they were late!
I understand the need for a work-life balance, but as a tax accountant you are extremely busy for about 4 months of the year. To be successful, you need to provide more time to your clients and finish the job during tax season.

How quickly they prepared our tax return. Always answers questions at a timely manager. The Boundless advisors are very knowledgeable on solar tax credit. I greatly appreciate their services.

This year my husband and I tried catching up on our taxes from previous years so we used Boundless Advisors. Nicole took us through the entire process, all the way to the finish line, and just before completing all of our taxes, Nicole fell off the face of the earth, even after we paid for the services. It has been 3 months and I still have not heard back from her.

I found Nicole with Boundless Advisors through a private group on Facebook and decided to hire her despite doing my own taxes previous years. It was such a pleasant experience working with her that she has gained a new client going forward. Friendly, responsive and was very thorough to make sure we received our biggest refund possible. Thank you Nicole!!

Unfortunately unlike the previous reviews my experience since Nicole took over Boundless has been less then positive. I had been a client of Boundless for a few years when Dane owned the company, he was knowledgeable, professional and was able to cure any tax anxieties I had. Currently my husband and I are now dealing with an issue of Nicole ghosting us. We submitted everything for our 2022 returns, she told us she would send over our final review the next day (which she did not) and has not contacted me or responded to my messages for the last 3 weeks. Our 2022 taxes are still not complete and I have not received any response to my numerous inquires.

Nicole was amazing and the boundless tax app made uploading all the forms simple and easy. Prompt communication, all questions or concerns answered and explained. Definitely recommend using this service for hassle free confident tax services.

Nicole has been wonderful with handling my tax returns. She was quick, efficient and communicated every step of the way. She even found money that I should have been owed money for 2020 which is a huge plus! I would recommend her and Boundless Advisors to everyone!
