We visited Julia today at the Bourne clinic to remove the earwax from my husband's ears, She is absolutely amazing very reassuring gentle and explains throughout your appointment what she will be doing and how the ear works and what problems can accure with other parts of the body due to blocked ears. Excellent service she is worth her weight in gold if I could I would rate her a lot higher than 5. Will definitely advise anyone to go to the clinic or give her a ring for a home visit. I attended my appointment at the clinic and Julia immediately put me at ease. I had been rather anxious after suffering a perforated ear by a GP in 1990. The procedure went smoothly and was completely painless. I would highly recommend Bourne Ear Care.

Kayla arrived promptly and fully prepared, everything was explained beforehand and any nerves quickly settled. I found kayla knowladgeable, informative and very professional. All after care was explained with all information in a easy to read format. Excellent service.

Julia and Kayla Brown come fully equipped and are obviously experts who take pride in their ear care service and show concern for their clients. All actions they take are carefully explained.
I have had their service on two previous occasions and recommend them with confidence.

Julia came to sort out usual wax problems in my ears, as it turned out it was only one ear, but she was friendly and professional. The whole microsuction procedure was explained and she was thorough in terms of making sure I understood what was involved.
Julia also put my wife at ease regarding her very sensitive ears. Charges were very reasonable, and I’ve booked Kayla to do the next check in December!

Excellent service pain free and very nice ladies.
Not the most reverting subject but after seeing what was removed I could not believe it.

Kayla, Julia's just-as-qualified-daughter came out to my 96 year old mum last week. She was kind and friendly, and also made sure mum could hear what she was saying.
Mum was quite nervous about what to expect, but Kayla explained what she was doing and quickly put her at her ease.
The whole process didn't take very long at all, but was both interesting to watch and very worthwhile in terms of wax removal!
We would happily recommend Bourne Ear Care to anyone.

Julie is a highly qualified audiologist with decades of experience and this shines through hugely. I first engaged with Julia when looking for someone to take care of my Dad's ears whilst living in a care home. He is unable to travel and I needed someone who could visit him. Julia was amazing from the outset in doing a full review not only of his ears but the condition of his hearing aids also. Julia visits my Dad every 4 weeks to check the health of his ears and do conduct the maintenance of his aids. Without his aids Dad is unable to hear anything and this service, so professional, so knowledgeable, so kind, considerate, so gentle, yet effective in all she does. She is just a wonderful lady, I know my Dad is in the best of hands with Julia and her daughter, both wonderful!

I had been having problems for some time and suspected wax - I made an emergency appointment and had immediate success. Julia and her partner were extremely professional and helpful and I had a very successful result They were wonderful!
