After having a sight test with another optician and struggling to find any glasses that I liked, I decided to visit Bowens Opticians. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and made to feel welcome.
The team helped me find a pair of frames that suited me perfectly, and the whole process was professional and relaxed. I did need to return for a small adjustment to my glasses, but this was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
A special mention to Shaleen and Kiera , who provided excellent customer service throughout. They were friendly, helpful, and ensured everything was just right. I am very pleased with my glasses and the overall experience and would highly recommend Bowens Opticians

Bowen Opticians is an optician in Worle village which makes it a popular choice to visit. Inside are very helpful receptionists - nothing is too much trouble. From booking an appointment, having the eye examination to choosing new frames or popping in for adjustments to your glasses you are treated with knowledge, efficiency and courtesy. From booking to receiving my glasses I had the most professional experience. My eye test was thorough, everything explained and not rushed, took time to answer my questions, felt really at ease. Had really good guidance on choosing my glasses, which style and frame fitted my face. I didn’t felt rushed at all even when I came back for the fitting making sure they fitted properly. Staff are really friendly, confident. A small business that really looks after you and your eyes.

My daughter has autism and the staff at bowens always go above and beyond to make sure our visit is as comfortable for my daughter as possible! They are very understanding and extremely helpful they are highly recommended by me !
