I am giving this company a 4 star rating because they provided the product I purchased and delivered it on time exactly as I ordered it. They are an exceptional company and they do deliver the product as advertised. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating is because specifically the bowling balls are substandard quality. I purchased my bowling ball and the quality of the ball is less than desirable. It has some form of a wrap around the ball that gets marked up and scratched up easily. I used my bowling ball after the first time I used it after the first game using it, my ball was marked up with white scuff marks and scratches all over it. I have a aqua coral colored MIAMI DOLPHINS bowling ball and it is scratched up and pock marked with white scratches scuff marks all littered all over the ball. This is after the first time playing with it. I don't roll the ball fast at all (10 mph) and it is littered with scuff marks. It's a 16 lbs ball. The quality or type of wrap or whatever the outer painting of the ball is cheaply made / designed. Don't get me wrong, The ball was nice when I purchased it and it looked & was delivered as advertised but the ball is of poor quality. If you purchase a ball, expect your ball to be pock marked with white scuff marks all over your ball and it will lose its original quality after the 1st time using it. My father has a ball that he's been using since the 1980's that is exceptionally made. Once again, I don't fault the company but designer balls are poorly made.

I actually ordered two bowling balls. They only sent one but good news is they took care of it immediately I got the second bowl bowl a few days later so anyone that follow us up like that is a good company. I highly recommend.
