BoxHero IS A SCAM! Ordered 5 pairs, 3 broke after single use, promised replacement but since then Customer Service went stealth mode and replying to emails by sending generic automatic response. No refund issued...

Shipping as ordered. A lot of companies don’t do that. Product is excellent reason I know is my girlfriend loves them too

These Box Hero underwear are awesome! Comfortable and great for work and kicking it at home. I got 10 pair and will order more. Oot with the in with a new Hero!!

Originally ordered 14 large Boxhero, based on their size chart. Upon their arrival discovered they were to large and were the longer legged Boxhero’s. Went to refund then when customer service, via e-mail, in formed me I could exchange my full order & keep my original order, for a small processing fee.
It took several more e-mails to get anyone to reapply so it could provide their needed information for my exchange. Provided a medium size, standard (short legged) based on their returned e-mail information on leg length. Also provided a shipping address and had to wait several more days to receive an invoice, so I could pay the small fee. Once this all was done and received a confirmation of my exchange, I had to wait almost 2 weeks for delivery. I felt this was to long, but at least they arrived. Upon checking the exchange I discovered that the Boxhero’s were the newly requested size, but they were not the short legged Boxhero’s I was expecting. They were the longer leg length boxers. They fit properly and I can deal with the longer leg length boxers’ as I’m not going through the exchange process again.
As for the Boxhero boxers, I love their comfortable feel, their cooling ability and support. I would recommend them to any male wanting something better than regular cotton boxers.

Amazing boxers, super breathable, amazing colors, amazing fit, super comfortable and sexy and utterly gorgeous and amazing.

Sent me the wrong size in early March & after countless emails, promises & apologies from Boxhero, I’m still awaiting my order. After sales service is non existent!!! Take your money & run. Daren’t think what a warranty call might conjure up……… probably nothing though. Be lucky to get a reply.

These boxers provide the perfect amount of support without feeling tight. I’m very impressed! Customer Service team is good.

The boxer material is comfortable, they fit well, and they did a decent job of moisture wicking while I played pickleball for a few hours. The one downside is that the legs do ride up. I know other brands either have a tighter leg hole or incorporate silicone dots that grip and hold in place. I am still satisfied but that's an opportunity to improve these from good to great

The product is very comfortable.

The underwear is a good product so far. I can’t answer about the longevity of it because I have worn them a short time.

People should know before they order that there is NO customer service!! I have called, left messages, and emailed and no response. They sent the wrong product and there seems no way to get their attention. Whether the product is the greatest or not, if you have no customer service it’s success will be short lived. So aggravating!!

I’ve tried other high-end brands, but Boxhero beats them all. The comfort is unmatched, and they last longer than anything I’ve worn before. Highly recommend!

I’ve worn these for a few days now and here are my comments:
1. They are very comfortable during day. Slightly more comfortable than the Andi’s I have liked and significantly more comfortable than the few pair of cotton briefs I have left.
2. Like everything else I’ve worn at night, they bunch and bind.

I love the way they fit, and they don't ride up.

The product was exactly as advertised. Love the fit and the bundle was a great value.

In 2026 and the age of next day or even same day delivery how am I still waiting for products 2 weeks after ordering.
Not like delivery was free so makes me wonder what I've bought, if it is good enough and what the chance of return and refund is if I do not find satisfaction in the quality. Starting to regret the order, useless tracking and they seem able to send marketing emails but not updates. Pants
