Isiaha has not delivered all of the boxes and they are a couple of weeks overdue. I paid for them upfront. He stated that he would check as to why they had not been delivered and call me back. Since then, he has not called me back and won't take my calls. I feel like I may have been scammed. Please be very careful of this company.

My container was delivered very professionally and placed on the property where I needed it thanks for a job well done.

You guys did a great job, delivered all units as requested and I'd definitely use you again.

The price was as low as I found for container and delivery, the delivery men were above and beyond what i expected! Will buy from box hub again.

I would recommend Boxhub to anyone who is looking for a container. Their staff was easy to work with. We were kept in the loop on the deliveries. The drivers notified us anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to delivery. They were very helpful. The drivers also worked with us and was able to get the container close to its final resting location.

Low price, friendly sales people, fast delivery on time, quick placement and did i say low price. Could have rated it a 10 but they could not bring the color I wanted so they get a 9.999

Purchased new container and was told I could pick the color. Then they send you what ever beat up container they have. I inquired about it cause I was expecting one thing and got another, I was told that you get what you get. So why would you even ask me what I prefer,

Delivery person was personable, knew exactly how to place/situate according to our verbal description and did an excellent job. Our sales person was also great, did not "over sell" and he was responsive without being a nuisance.

Boxhub offered a great shopping experience from the sales team to the shipping team. Weather seemed to get in the way of my delivery, but the shipping company kept me updated the whole time. My delivery request was a little unconventional and the driver pulled it off without a hitch. my beautiful container is sitting exactly where I wanteed it. Now to fill it up. Great Job! I would like to share my experience with Boxhub. So, a year ago I started thinking seriously about getting a shipping container. I like to research online and came across Boxhub and really liked how the site worked, but I couldn't get a shippping quote to work online because I was outside the delivery area. So finally I called and the person I spoke with was Derek. After talking with him I was very glad I had to call because he really helped me understand what I was getting into, how the container industry works, and answered all my many, many questions. He found a delivery person willing to ship to my relatively remote location and also made sure to keep within my budget range. He really went the extra mile on this and I appreciated that so much! I never felt pressured to make any decisions about the container. After I decided to purchase I then began to work with Isaac on the delivery date. This was a long process on my part because I had to make a 2000 mile trip to be there for the delivery, my property was on ready evacuation notice due to forest fires, and winter weather was starting to show up in the forecast! Isaac was so incredible to work with as almost 2 months passed before we had a window that would work. When we were finally able to make it happen, he coordinated with the delivery driver, made sure everything was timing out well on my end and theirs... and the container arrived right on time, the delivery was smooth, the delivery company they chose was really great, and the container itself was really nice. Derek and Isaac had both explained that no container is brand new, and yet this was such a very nice one, very solid and looked great! The feeling I got from the beginning was that these guys really care about their company and the service they are providing, and that they care about their customers. I had a very positive purchase experience, and I consider these guys my friends and truly feel if I needed help with anything they would be there. Thank you so much!

I initially gave 5 stars but after further review on the container that was delivered, I'm changing it.

I had my delivery set in a month in advance and on the day it was supposed to be delivered. Was notified at 10 am eastern that the driver in Chicago called off. They asked if I wanted a refund, should have took it. Was able to reschedule the following week while only my wife could be there. The driver delivered the container and said he brought the best of 3 that was available. And leveling the container, I finally did my walk in inspection. The floor had a very thin sheet of metal covering a section of floor and spotted a hole in the ceiling with light shinning through. I can deal with all the rusted welding on the walls because I'm planning on getting the outside walls paint ready. I just assumed that the boxhub promised of being wind and watertight would be honored. That was false. Also the latches to close the door has a twist in the handle itself and very hard to close. Won't recommend using again and won't recommend my friends and neighbors to use them either.
