The quote process was simple and fast. The sales associate was prompt, friendly and followed up with me when I was ready to make my purchase.
Once I made the purchase I received a link to complete the survey for my delivery preferences. My delivery location is very rural and not easy to find, so after I entered all the information, I called customer service to give additional info, the rep was very friendly and assured me the delivery driver would call 30 minutes prior to arrival.
On delivery day the driver called 30 minutes prior to arrival as promised, I met him a few minutes from my property and lead him into the location.
The driver was great, he was very efficient and accurate.
The container was clean and in the condition promised.
If I ever need another container I would use them again.

The communication was excellent. Josh is always ready to help and make it happen and is always so pleasant. the driver was excellent also and the delivery went very smoothly.

The driver from the towing company was very good. However the truck he was driving had BALD tires and made it difficult tp deliver the containers. If I hadn't had a tractor to help him deliver, the containers would not have been delivered. I am satisfied with them and may need nore.

The driver delivered 3 boxes for us in one day! He called every step of the way to keep us informed.

So I had two 40ft containers delivered and the first one was a good container with no issues. The 2nd container was a much different experience. First the delivery driver didn’t put it in the spot I had graded out for the container to go and then the right container door was extremely hard to open. The vertical bars are clearly bent which you can clearly see in the pictures I sent boxhub and they still didn’t want to come fix it. The delivery driver said to put grease and it would be fine but that wasn’t the case. After calling boxhub to let them know what my problem was I just got the run around and having to jump thru hoops to let them see my complaint. After weeks of going back and forth with boxhub they offered me 500 bucks back. Was a nice gesture but all I wanted was a container that my wife could open without me being at the house. Now she can’t use it and I will always have to be the one to deal with the container. PLEASE READ THERE FINE PRINT CUZ THEY SAY ITS IN THERE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT YOU COULD GET A CONTAINER THAT IS HARD TO OPEN AND CLOSE. ALSO THERE MONEY BACK GUARANTEED IS NOT WHAT IT SEEMS. WHEN I TOLD THEM TO TAKE IT BACK THEY TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY 2200 to SHIP IT BACK WHEN I PAYED 3k FOR THE CONTAINER. WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WHEN DEALING WITH A COMPANY LIKE THIS. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

what made my experience so good was the driver called first thing in the morning and showed up exactly when he anticipated. I had previously graveled a spot to place it. The driver (Pilot) placed it exactly as planned and was on his way soon afterwards.
