I had previously made an order through wicked Bricks. After 3 months wait i had still no confirmation that my order was being fulfilled.
I decided to cancel that order and try Boxxco instead.
Best decision i ever made
Order was dispatched within 2 weeks of order and arrived on time
Very well packaged and all contents arrived undamaged.
Very easy to assemble and looks spectacular
Added bonus was that it was also cheaper than my previous choice.
The ability to purchase a personalised sticker with build date was great andcadds a fully personalised touch to your purchase
Would highly recommed

First time ordering from Boxxco.. ordered a large stranger things box, waited a few weeks for it to arrive & when unboxing I discovered one of the pieces was broken. Considering I waited weeks for this I was highly disappointed, however… I got in contact with Boxxco through email and I heard back from them the same day.. within a day they had sent out a replacement and within a couple days I received it.
My box is now all made and is perfect. Shame it was broken when first receiving however excellent communication from Boxxco made it less stressful and I am really happy with the finished product. I would definitely order again.

Gonna give 5 stars here just ordered case for home alone house clearly stated could take a few weeks to come but it’s official could have brought from ikea and had to modify no need will wait for my product and know its correct I will be reviewing again one it arrives and need a few more for other sets and trainers thank you.

Fast prompt delivery with a logical easy ordering process. The box can be a tad fiddly to assemble but all the perspex comes protective lined on both sides, I recommend just peeling only part of this back while assembling to protect against scratches. The box looks brilliant when built and crystal clear, I'm very happy.

3 orders made so far, all delivered within time, latest order in a couple of days, pieces fit well and look good, no issues.

Very poor quality. I used to buy from Wicked Bricks but went with Boxxco because they were slightly cheaper. The first case i assembled from them, the main case does not sit right on the bases and rocks.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered another case for one of my Technics cars.
It arrived but i was away for work and did not get to build it until a few weeks later upon which i noticed a damaged part which i reported.
Because i had not reported it in the timescale they charged me for a replacement part.
I have several other cases to buy and will now go back to Wicked Bricks for these.
In my opinion , if you want good quality cases go to Wicked Bricks. 'Price beats Quality every time'

Today I have taken delivery of a large display clear perspex cabinet for a model ship which is 1270mm x280mm x380mm in size
The cabinet fitted together perfectly and machined to perfection, very rarely have I put together something that fitted so well.
The delivery was impressively quick .
I will not hesitate to use this firm again for future large model projects.

I purchased a box for my Lego Discovery. It arrived quickly and was packaged to perfection.
There was a tiny problem with the order, but it was dealt with quickly and efficiently by the customer service team.
This is a quality product. Easy to build. Looks fantastic.

Great Company to buy from. Ordered two very Large display cases for Hogwarts Castle and Bara-dur. Due to a shipping incident there was allot of damage in shipping, spoke with the support team, who arranged replacements of the broken bits, they were quick and efficient to work with on the resolution.

Shipping does take a while, and I would strongly recommend speaking to the support team if your worried about shipping delays

the Displays look great, they are well built and the only minor issue is the big ones require alot of room to move and assemble and because of the shere size of the perspex it can feel slightly delicate when moving the lid around.

Ordered a lego case for the titanic, website said 1 week for delivery then confirmation email said despatch in 2 to 3 weeks! No way to contact them other than email. Email auto response says they will respond within 24 hours, they don't. I am now having to charge back on my card.

It was easy to navigate the website and order the size I needed. It was simple to order as online helped you get the correct outer measurements to ensure the box was the correct size. The order process was easy. It was a bonus on the free delivery as another company wanted to charge almost £20 delivery.
Email updates with delivery and tracking information.
The product itself was easy to put together with the instructions provided. My bears are now on show and I cant wait to order more

Received my Disney Castle case within the 3 weeks stated, absolutely stunning, can't fault communication, well worth the money.

Ordered a box on 16th December as the website said despatch 1 to 2 weeks. After placing the order it came up with despatched 2 to 3 weeks, so was doubtful anyway on getting it in time. The problem as there was no tracking email,their phone was constantly engaged or just not connecting.
Emailed them today and they said it was despatched today and that their systems didn’t allow for the Christmas period!!
My son leaves for Uni next week so will not get it now anyway.

Won’t use them again due to the communication issues.

Unfortunately, I’m not a happy customer. I ordered a box set for around £90, and everything was fine until I realized the box had two tiny missing parts. I sent them an email, expecting they would send me the missing pieces (we’re talking about two tiny parts, smaller than 1 cm, that could easily fit in a small letter). However, they responded saying that, because more than 10 days had passed since delivery, they couldn’t help me.

After looking at the order details, I discovered that the box set didn’t actually include these parts (that I thought were missing), meaning that they expects to keep the box set with two sides having holes and nothing more.

So, the end of the story is this: because they refused to send me these missing parts (which I estimate would cost about £2 to mail), I won’t be buying anything else from them.
