Excellent from quote to installation

Gary and Cameron were both efficient in removal and installation of the new windows but also very professional in the standard of completion. They tidied up inside and out. I am happy with the new windows.

I had a double glazed unit that had filled with condensation, due to a failed seal.
Boyland Windows removed and replaced the unit quickly and efficiently.
Griff and his team were professional and clean.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Boyland Windows for this type of installation.

The team at Boyland have done a huge amount of work on our bungalow over the passed 6 months. Replacing all the window and doors and building a new extension to the rear of the property and a new entrance on the front. The whole process with the Boyland team has been exceptional. Simon and his team have made sure we understood what was happening and when. Mike and Adam who managed the day to day work were brilliant, very professional and polite, they made everything work for us and kept the site tidy. Having this much work done in such a short space of time could have been a nightmare but the Boyland's team have been fantastic, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Really good experience from start to finish. From the initial survey and competitive quote to the actual installation and subsequent replacement of a cracked window. Not only were the windows and door replaced but the plaster work around the two bedroom windows was made good and new window shelves fitted. Took just one day for Shaun and Shane to replace the kitchen French doors with a bifold door and the kitchen and two bedroom windows. The plastering was completed a few days later and the cracked window replaced within 10 days. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding. Came when they said they would, kept in contact while we were waiting for supplies. Got the job done, adapted to an unforeseen issue. Polite and professional throughout. Highly recommend them.

Punctual, reliable and efficient. The replacement window was fitted with minimum disruption and the surrounds beautifully finished. They were tidy and obviously took pride in their work. Top quality - happy customers!

Had a window replaced today. Great service throughout from Shane who initially quoted, Janet in the office who always responded in good time, and both Gary and Jordan who just fitted it for us!

All communication was polite and prompt; the guys left the place clean and were very respectful whilst in the home.

We liaised for over a year whilst we decided which I can appreciate must be frustrating for a business, but we were never rushed or promoted for a decision which we appreciate.

We needed new windows for our kitchen and bathroom, and a new kitchen door. Shane came to visit us very promptly after our original telephone enquiry and measured up. He had a catalogue showing various glass patterns for us to choose from and provided some useful advice on the level of obscurity of the glass required to provide adequate privacy on the bathroom window.

Once ordered, the fitters, Shaun and Joe arrived a couple of days later, and they were very professional. They took away all the old fittings, cleaned everything up after they finished and couldn’t have been more helpful. We supplied a cat flap for the door, and they installed that for us, too. Great service.

Sarah in the office coordinated everything most efficiently, and we felt very well looked after.
We’d definitely recommend Boyland Windows, a great company, and will use them again.

However small the job Boyland Windows are always there. To fixing my sash window to changing a bracket on the kitchen window. Ever efficient and professional, clean and tidy.

The bricklayer was fantastic he matched the 2 types of bricks as we had a larger window perfectly could not see the join also Sarah in the office was very efficient we had a mark on the corner of the glass and ordered a replacement straight away and organised a fitter as soon as possible

This is the third time in a year that we have used Boyland for work on our home and each time they have been fantastic. This time we had seven new windows installed, Shane was very patient and helpful and spent a lot of time helping get the front windows design right and they now look so much better than before. Our fitters Griff and Mark were very capable and it was clear that they take a real pride in their work and really care about making sure everything is right and done to a high standard. This is very typical of the company as a whole and is very reassuring as a customer. I am very glad that we found them.

We came across Boyland Windows by searching Which? Trusted Traders, and we’re so pleased that we did.

We were looking for replacement kitchen windows and French doors and got quotes from a few companies, where Boyland ended up being not the cheapest nor the most expensive of the quotes.

Visits to the various showrooms confirmed for us that Boyland were the ones that we were most comfortable in selecting for our work.

In all our dealings with Boyland, we found them to be very professional, efficient, friendly, and helpful. From Shane’s advice and guidance in the showroom and when measuring up, to Janet and Sarah seeing us through the entire process.

It was also very reassuring to see the fitting team, Gary and Tom, taking their time over the job and taking pride in their work, producing a terrific result.

Boyland Windows/Builders are a wonderful company to work with - lovely, genuine people, highly skilled, reliable, and incredibly hardworking. I had a great first impression of Boyland five years ago when I had a new back door and new windows fitted throughout. This time around, Simon and his team have completed a major renovation, and my home is just beautiful! There is no pressure from Simon, just patient, thoughtful advice, excellent communication and an ability to coordinate all the trades so that everything flows. Works included a new kitchen and lounge/diner, with addition of French doors and removal of old beams and fireplace, updating electrics, plumbing, bedrooms, replacing faulty brickwork upstairs with new stud wall, and installing a loft ladder in newly located hatch. Everything was included in the initial quote, apart from extra work I requested during the process, and finished to a high standard.
Thank you all so much for your fantastic work, care, for being so approachable and good humoured throughout: Simon, Mike, Gary, Mark, Griff, Paul, Tom, and super subs Shaun, Stacey and the two Colins! Not forgetting lovely office updates and phone calls with Sarah and occasionally Janet.

From the initial quotation through to the completion of the job I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Boyland Windows.

Shane came out and measured up and remained a point of contact for us throughout. The design work (which we hadn't even considered) due the non standard shape of our windows was quite frankly amazing and far exceeded our expectations on what the finished product would look like.

Griff and Mike (fitters) did a fantastic job installing the windows and were meticulous in their attention to detail and were spotlessly clean and tidy throughout.

It is also worth mentioning the ongoing customer service following some snagging work has been fantastic also, no quibbles, just arranged a fitter to come and resolve.

Superb and wouldn’t hesitate to use again
