Extremely poor communication and service regarding dealing with my Aunts estate, no communication in over six months, really dragging their feet.
Communication that I have received constantly needing correcting and still came back with the same mistakes. Totally Mickey Mouse very disappointed at a time when the family should not have to deal with such incompetence.

Karen was great on my first property purchase, really responsive, proactive and overall great to deal with! Would definitely recommend.

Kat Martin, Meghan Scott and Colin Duce helped with my conveyancing and were all fantastic- They kept me regularly appraised at all times, and their knowledge of older properties was incredibly helpful given the property we bought was built in 1850 and had a private sewerage system- something they knew about- including dealing with unregistered land. They are very experienced, always positive in the face of adversity and pressure. A great team to have on your side. I would strongly recommend.

My parents used Katherine Martin on the sale and purchase of their property. Being of an older generation they were not always understanding of the process or what was being asked of them. Katherine was very sympathetic to their needs and was always contactable, friendly and professional and I would not hesitate to use her again.

They help make the buying process easier by helping their clients know exactly what they need to do and when, as well as working with the other solicitors involved in the sale so that the whole process is successfully achieved as quickly as possible. Awful and avoid at all costs. Attempted to scam me with fees when pushing me in a direction that incurred further costs. Distressed and angry at these cowboys…they backed down when threatened with legal ombudsman…probably say costs were clear in response but they were not…!!!!!

I recently instructed Brachers. The process was smooth and I was kept informed throughout the transaction. Advice was clear.

I used Karen Goss recently for our conveyancing. She kept us well informed and from the outset all communication was clear. Costs were transparent from the outset and there were no hidden charges.

I understand they a recoveries but what l dnt understand why Amex transferred my account to them without even.telling me or me being in arrears.
I was bombarded with calls and emails and told u can't make a payment arrangement cz they feel l dnt earn enough, but would rather have my credit score affected so l can't help.
Finally made a payment arrange decided to pay in advance but was told that's incorrect but l was never told or sent an email.
Even the document clearly says 1 April but now im being told 6 march. Like seriously.
To be honest Amex and Brachers just want to ensure we have terrible credit history. I wouldn't recommend either companies.

I have just completed on the sale of a property and, having used Brachers before to deal with probate and will services, I decided to use Karen Goss to complete the administration.
