I live in USA and always have a problem with my acct so I came back just for 1 day to close my account with them took me almost 1:30 and nobody even try to help BUT when ANA PAULA ( Seguros) AGENCIA 0109 Centro, Sao Bernardo do Campo, SP. She just got arrived at her chair and ask if I need help she did in 5 min… I really appreciate what she did really because flights and many hours to get there…. Ana I Appreciate and hope your Bankers too; people like you help the Bank keep good clients on File.

Fazem alguns anos que uso o bradesco e sempre gostei desse banco, mas de uns tempos pra cá tem me dado muita dor de cabeça. Várias vezes já aconteceu de tentar sacar o dinheiro e dar alguma problema na hora. O dinheiro não sai, mas é debitado da conta. Outro dia aconteceu parecido numa compra que passei no débito, onde o valor foi descontado duas vezes e não foi estornado.

Worst customers, bank managers are useless and if you can avoid banking with them, is suggest to go with Santander or Itaú.

cambio Nightmare
I live in USA and I have an Exclusive Bradesco account In Santa Catarina, Brazil. I tried to send money to my account there because of urgent situation and it was a nightmare since the person who took my case in the Bradesco Central Cambio was unable to help me to finish the transaction even after I sent all the required documentation. I had to deal with an incompetent Bradesco worker who is in the wrong position for sure
No Doubt as soon I can I will close this account in Brazil and be client of another bank like Citi
Where for sure I will deal with more prepared employees
