I gave one star when the product really deserves zero stars. I’ve been going back-and-forth with the company and I do not know what their sizes are because they don’t match our US sizes. Please follow my advice and do not order from this company. It’s a scam all day and I’m frustrated about it. They will not accept a return for the correct size. I am beyond frustrated to hell with them. Total waste of money.

I was expecting a decent product for US$25 but I was sadly disappointed, a flimsy piece of fabric arrived that was made in Vietnam though it was sent from Sydney. I soon found out where it was made as this was the only place that I was allowed to return it to and the most that they offered me back was 50% after many weeks of trying to get a refund on their item which was completely the wrong size. I feel like they send out badly sized items on purpose. They’re making money from all their sales and everyone who buys wants to return then they offer you a ten percent refund. $2 back!? Disgusting company please do not buy !!

The bra didn't fit. In ordering I read the fine print that said you could return for any reason. When I tried to return the product they said they didn't allow returns unless there was damage.

Their written return policy is inaccurate.

I had a very disappointing experience with Braholic. The bra did not fit well, and the material felt cheap and looked as though the item may have been previously worn. The quality was not what I expected.

To make matters worse, when I tried to address the problem, I was told that I had to return the item within 24 hours after I requested a refund. I find this policy unreasonable and extremely anti-consumer, as it gives customers very little time to assess their purchase and decide whether it meets their expectations.

Between the disappointing product quality and the restrictive return policy, I would not recommend Braholic. Customers deserve quality products and fair, reasonable return policies that allow them to shop with confidence. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

Their website says they offer hassle free returns. The 2 bras i ordered were way too small and so I wanted to return them. I emailed them according their policy to get return information, I had to send pictures of the shipping label and the product I received, first they offered a 10% refund, when I said I wanted to return them for a total refund they told me because I received the correct product I could not return my order or get a refund. Their website does not say anything like that!

The old saying you get what you pay for stands here!! DONT waste your money on these products, after waiting for over a month for them to be delivered I could see right off that they were VERY cheap inferior products. Sizing is completely wrong from bust measurements to cup size ; the sizing is VERY small I am a 36" C cup and ordered the 2XL to be on safe side Website says this should fit to 34"-40" and had to add a back extender to even wear. It is made from a terrible nylon fabric, the elastic straps cut in and have stretched out of shape after 1 wear. 2 out of 3 bras did not stand up to first wash and are now unwearable.
Waste of money and now landfill !!

By not having a way to adjust the straps, the bra rides up and there is no support. Cannot be adjusted so total fail.

The bras are cheaply made and they don’t fit properly. Support is non existent and their warranty is only valid for defects. The company has no idea what customer satisfaction is nor do they care about it. do not waste your money on their products!

The items I ordered are too small. I tried returning for a refund but an having issues with the return process. Poor customer support!

It was Rubbish. I went to a lot of trouble to make sure the bra I was ordering was in American sizes and I think they put their hand in a bin and said this one will do. Not only did it not fit but it would not support me at all. It was just a joke and false advertising order 6754 3199

Dear Customer Services,
How dare you threaten to close this matter by claiming that we "cannot come to an agreement." There is nothing to negotiate.
You are offering me a partial refund when you should be providing a full refund for goods that were not only the wrong size but also appeared to have been previously used. The black bra had visible bobbling, and the white one was discoloured and looked more grey than white. These items are clearly not in the condition that any customer should expect to receive.
I will be keeping every email you have sent me as evidence of how this matter has been handled. If, in the future, there is a television programme or consumer investigation highlighting customers who have been misled or treated unfairly by overseas online retailers, I will be providing my full correspondence and the items themselves as evidence of my experience.
Please stop referring to this as a "claim." This is a straightforward return of goods that are damaged, not as described, and not fit for purpose. I have simply asked to return the items and receive the full refund that I am entitled to. Instead, I have been repeatedly offered discounts that I have already made clear I do not want.
This matter could have been resolved quickly by sending me a prepaid returns label and issuing a full refund once the goods were returned. Instead, you have prolonged the process unnecessarily.
I expect you to stop making settlement offers, provide a prepaid returns label immediately, and arrange my full refund without any further delay.

DO NOT ORDER FROM BRAHOLIC SAME COMPANY SAME SCAM

They do not stand behind their return policy. Their customer service is terrible. No phone number for company. After 2 months of very slow responses through emails from customer service they said they will reorder the right size if I pay an extra $25.00 fee. They sent me the wrong size and it took 6 weeks to receive my order. Please avoid this company at all cost. You'll be glad you did! I promise.
