Who need this platform if free chatgpt is there

I took what seemed to be a normal IQ test and was told I only needed to pay €0.50 to see my results. What was not clearly disclosed was that this payment apparently enrolled me in an expensive subscription. Later, €40 was charged from my account without me realizing it.

When I contacted customer support and requested a refund, I received a response stating that they would not refund the money. This feels misleading and dishonest. The subscription terms were not presented clearly enough, and I would never have agreed if I had known I would be charged €40 later.

I would not recommend this website to anyone. Be very careful before entering your payment details.

Comme les autres nombreux commentaires, je me suis faite avoir. Et comme je ne regarde pas mes comptes... 518e... Je me fais accompagner pour une demande chargeback et j'irais en justice s'il le faut. Je ne vais pas me laisser faire.

They offer free IQ test and after that they ask for only 0,5 euros payment, and once they have your bank data, they chrage a subscription you didn't accept. Even talking with them "thay are sorry" because they already hace the money. Im in the process of reporting fraud activity to bank policy bureau.

Des pourritures infâmes :) Aucun signalement clair quant à la souscription à un abonnement mensuel lorsqu'on paye pour avoir les résultats d'un test (facturé 0.50€, avec un abo mensuel à 39.90€)
Passez votre chemin. Et ne faîtes pas confiance aux commentaires 5 étoiles qu'à cette boîte malhonnête : ma main a coupé qu'ils ont des bots pour compenser leur note certes nauséabonde mais mérité
