Brairsoft Reviews

It’s always a faultless experience with BR. Great shop and extremely friendly and helpful staff. They are always keen to offer advice and make you feel included. I have had negative experiences with most of the big airsoft retailers, this is one of the very few that I have never had any issues with and it’s always a positive experience
The shop has some great stock and the range is very convenient and a lot of fun
I would highly recommend anyone to visit BR
Thanks Dan and Team

Fantastic range of kit, rifs & everything in-between. I will happily drive the 4 hour round trip to visit my favourite Airsoft shop in Cornwall. The owner is absolutely delightful. All of the staff are very knowledgeable and happy to help with any questions or issues. I just wish they were closer to me!

Always great service. By most my airsoft stuff from Dan, and had some upgrades that worked great too! Always recommend Dan!

Great shop, Friendly Staff

First time entering the shop, I’m new to the hobby and was very helpful and understanding with what gear would be best for myself, very reliable and honest people

Fantastic customer service, very helpful and knowledgeable and not pushing you to buy anything you don’t need or want. Great after sales care and very nice people running this great shop. Would recommend to anyone getting into the sport or people how have been playing for a while

Good stock friendly staff

Always great visiting the shop!! knowledgeable and great people

Keep up the good work!!

BR are a great team, always helpful and great knowledge of their products. They have a great little setup and always something new to be tempted with. The tech advise and support is always fantastic.

Great "bricks & mortar" airsoft shop ran by good people! Always ready with advice, pointers and coffee! Sometimes I've popped on for chat and a coffee and still ended up buying something! Well worth a visit. Even has an electronic shoiting range!

This shop is the best airsoft shop in the South West. The guys are incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect including teching but will never sell you what you don't need.
It's the only shop I go to and I won't change it any time soon

All ways happy to help, friendly and always welcoming,
