Bramble Berry came highly recommended as a trusted supplier of cold process soap supplies. The selection was great and gave ample information about each product. I ordered enough supplies to make two batches. Everything turned out as expected and seemed to be great quality. The prices were fair and everything shipped fast. Overall very happy with BB.

New to Soap Making
I got several items to make soap both melt and pour and cold process. I also got a kit for melt and pour and cold process layers and swirls. I have tried the melt and pour it was great. I am excited to make the cold process now. It is a lot of fun!!!

I’ve ordered crafting supplies from BrambleBerry many times over the years. It tends to take a while to get delivered, even though I only live a couple hours from their head quarters. I ordered from BB a few weeks ago and noticed it was taking extra long. When I went to check on my order it said it got delivered inly to be returned. Which is incredibly frustrating because I’m now out $60 + and don't have my supplies.

Always a Good Experience
Although I live on the opposite side of the country from this company, they get your orders out fairly quickly. I think I got my package a day earlier than expected! Brambleberry also takes care to pack everything so all the items you order are safe during the shipping process. They have a fairly extensive selection of fragrance oils to choose from, as well as soap, candle and body product bases and materials. While they're one of the more expensive brands for fragrance oils, the scents have been worth it -- I haven't had a bad one yet!

I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience except a broken bottle at delivery, but you guys fixed it right away so it wasn’t even a problem.
