Awful company bought a silent night Snuggsie blanket, they sent a mattress topper!!! Reading other reviews here should have known this company wouldn’t get it right! Avoid them at all cost!

What a useless company!
My wife ordered an electric blanket through Amazon on 7 March. They sent a duvet! Very time consuming trying to correspond with their AI (called Alina). Eventually able to send the duvet back on 26 March but only learned that the refund had been made, by Amazon, today (10 April). Why does Amazon continue to deal with such an incompetent/scamming company?! Unbelievable!

Awful customer service, sent me flat pillows, felt like they had been stuck under something heavy, I ordered through Amazon, Amazon gave me a refund, but I had to pay a delivery fee for this rubbish, when I contacted Branded Bedding, I was just fobbed off with were sorry blah blah send them back. I had already done that, and then they closed the case why am I paying delivery for faulty items?. Left with Amazon to resolve.

Awful quality of fleece blankets.
Could see right through them, so thin.
And material started coming off them as I was folding them to return them.
No refund received although I followed all their instructions and Amazon has not intervened.

Bought a foot warmer Friday and paid £2.99 for evri next day. Got confirmation with delivery Monday to Wednesday. It arrived Tuesday - looked as though sent out Sunday. Item is fine but do not choose the paid for fast shipping as it appears to not be any different from the free.

Bought a dogs bed off Ebay, 3 days later order was cancelled due to no stock but funny thing is the item is still advertised for sale on Ebay, Terrible service

Bought on amazon and item not as described so returned at their instructions via an in-post locker. A week later Amazon intervenes and refunds after the seller states the item is still in transit with their courier. Another week later the status on my Amazon account still say the seller is awaiting return of the item. I contact the seller who say they have not received the item and suggest I contact their courier, even though I cannot know who their courier is and further state they cannot issue a refund, depsite Amazon doing so the week before. Thick as the proverbial and incompetent.

The sender, Branded Bedding are going to claim from Evri for damage to this item. It was damaged, but the damage is nowhere near to where the flimsy outer packaging was damaged. Where the item, a mattress topper is badly torn, there was no damage to the outer packaging. Branded Bedding initially ignored my return case, then stated that they couldn't see the very obvious damage in my photos, then made me wait until the last minute for my refund. And now they are going to try to make Evri pay for damage they didn't cause! Additionally, the topper was not as white as I would have expected. What a disgusting underhanded company. I have contacted Evri separately by every means possible with photos, and I pray that they refuse Branded Bedding's claim!

Ordered Friday afternoon, arrived following Monday afternoon in good condition. 2 Silent night single Duvets, Saved £9 on Amazon price for the two !

Awful customer service. The courier dumped my parcel in a common area in the block of flats where I live and stated that they'd handed it to me, despite the delivery photographs showing it hadn't.
Brandedbedding took nearly two weeks to agree to send a replacement, but on 3-5 day delivery rather than the Amazon Prime next-day service I'd bought.
I had to get a refund through Amazon as the sellers we're very reluctant to do anything.
I won't buy from them again.

I bought a Silentnight dual control heated blanket from Branded Bedding on Ebay. It arrived quickly and is superb - so much better than our previous blanket, which was much smaller and only had single controls.

Wouldn't recommend buying off this company from eaby or amazon they are scammers. i paid for 10cm mattress topper as advertised and stated in listing title and description and they send me a 5cm mattress topper which is half the price of what i paid. no communication from the seller at all they just ignore your messages
